No A/C cuando usted caminó por primera vez en el lobby. Algunas habitaciones a/c no funcionaron. Habían que ir antes de nosotros para comprobar que nuestra habitación lo hizo, porque no sabían exactamente qué no. El personal era útil y dispuesto a acomodar. El hotel está en el parque de estacionamiento, pero no hay agua porque se ha reparado una fuga, pero han intentado llamar para avisarnos. No respondí porque pensé que era uno de esos que te apresuraban, es cerca de llamadas de checkout, o simplemente una cuestión de habitación incorrecta.

Normalmente es posible conseguir algo de comida, como hamburguesas, pizza, etc, en el bar. No podía salir a comer durante la tormenta, así que quería comer algo en el bar. Pero se cerró debido al mal tiempo, sobre el que no nos advirtieron. Sólo tenían comida de microondas, que nunca comí. Esto es molesto y no entiendo por qué lo hicieron de esa manera.
