The interiors subtly reflect the rich cultural heritage of Haridwar, with touches of traditional Indian decor that provide an authentic yet modern experience. They also have a concept of Kutirs (pods) which is really unique. Service: The hospitality here is warm and welcoming. The staff is attentive, always ready to assist with any special requests—whether it’s arranging for a guide to take you through the temples or providing a quiet space for meditation. They understand the unique needs of spiritual travellers and are more than willing to offer recommendations for the best times to visit the ghats or temples to avoid crowds. The highlight being they have their own pvt ghat attached with the Ganga River ***** with Ganga aarti being performed daily for a more personalised experience. "We recently hosted a family function at Sterling Mantra Haridwar. Mr. Ashutosh did a fabulous job of organizing and executing everything meticulously. The property is expansive and rooms are spacious and well equipped. We had asked for 2 separate mandap decorations on 2 days. Both were imposing and opulent, yet had every traditional detail that we had asked for. The staff were proactive and polite. Our guests were treated with utmost respect and courtesy. We had customized the menu to suit our guests' palate. Hats off to the chef for preparing all dishes to the said specification. The gravies were done right, no grease, and with balanced spice levels. Despite LPG shortage affecting commercial establishments, Mr Ashutosh ensured smooth F&B service to all our guests."
