Renest Haridwar

Hotel and room ambience was good so as it's design. Although food was not at all good and would not recommend to take food there. Even, I was disappointed with your staff attitude and behaviour where not understanding my concern was one aspect but even did not consider to respond back and at last moment offering there consent when we were mid of check out process. I could write while incident here but rather to skip as it's absolutely disappoint me to even get remind for the same. I would say, Please treat your customer in a better way and be responsive enough to provide your answer in advance rather thinking that customer gets annoyed and then response back.

Wonderful stay..Excellent Hospitality...Great location and food...When you leave your home with kids you search for a place wherein they should feel comfortable...We stayed for 2 days and all the requests concerning kids were addressed promptly..Be it food without spices or Room Heaters..We opted for Buffet Breakfast and Dinner and it turned out excellent because after a tiring day you don't want to go Food hunting...Good food options with great taste..Akash, Akhil and Sami took good care of the guests and services were prompt..Special thanks to Manager Vikas who took good care of all the requests with a Smile...Thank you and will definitely visit again if I come to Haridwar.

I recently stayed at this hotel after reading some positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience revealed another side entirely. There are several areas where the hotel needs immediate improvement. Firstly, the basic infrastructure is concerning. Water from the bathroom leaked into the room, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable. This is an issue that should not exist in any hospitality establishment. Secondly, the breakfast service was far from satisfactory. The options were limited, and the overall quality was disappointing. It felt like no effort had been made to provide a decent start to the day. Another major issue was the lack of staff presence. Throughout my stay, it was rare to see staff members available to assist. It’s clear the hotel is understaffed, and those present appeared untrained. As guests, we expect service, not to handle things on our own. I intended to raise these concerns with the manager, but they were unavailable during my entire stay. Due to the combination of these issues, I had no choice but to check out after just one day. This hotel has potential, but significant changes are needed to meet the standards travellers expect. Improvements in maintenance, staffing, and service quality are essential to make this a worthwhile place to stay.

Great Ambience, very courteous staff, Clean Rooms, Comfortable beds. We had a late Check-in (11 PM), Check-in was very fast Morning Breakfast was very tasty . Check out was great Well Maintained property I would strongly recommend Renest Haridwar to all
