👍 • The young lady at the reception, 高润雪, was incredibly helpful. Any issues were taken care of immediately. • Room was lovely and warm with floor heating. The entire decor and setting of the hotel is incredibly cozy. • Location was accessible to all Harbin winter attractions. • Breakfast was filling. 👎 • The room in which I stayed did not have any views, not even onto the hotel courtyard. But then again, I did not go to the hotel to stay at the hotel, so it did not really matter.

房間很大，但感覺佈局稍有問題，過於空曠，我的豪華大床房裡沒有衣櫃，但有一個晾衣桿可以刮外套，算是不幸中的萬幸。是中央空調風力很足，房間升温很快，。有一點要説明的是房間缺少桌子，唯一的一個電視桌還不配有插座，不是很方便，導致我衹能在床上辦公，希望可以得到改進。 總體來講不錯，價格合適，而且浴缸很大很舒服。 一次不錯的體驗

一次完美的體驗哦，從入住到退房，真的以客人的需求為中心，服務人員很專業，很熱情，而且離中央大街，巴洛克很近，到地鐵站衹有十分鐘，出門就是江邊哦，很方便，床睡的也很舒服，都是智能一體化，特別喜歡，特別推薦哦

Perfect score ! I like everything from this hotel. Room : spacious, beautifully decorated, very modern, all seems new and clean, the bathroom also very nice, equipped with all you need, not to mention fluffy towels and bathrobe. Service : All staff are very friendly and nice, very helpful. They even put water bottles and sweets in the corner of elevator where you can grab it whenever you like. You also can wash and dry your own clothes free of charge, love it ! Location : Very nice, surrounded by many local restaurants and taste good. Overall: I was very satisfied with the hotel, the room, the service, the staff. Harbin maybe cold in the winter but people there has the warmest heart ❤️ i will definetely come back and stay again sometime. Thank you ❄️❄️❄️
