We are family of 4 members traveling to Hanoi this time. The hotel location is very good, walking distance to reach few famous places. The hotel provided buffer breakfast and afternoon tea. Food is good 👍 and yummy.😋 Overall experience is excellent 👍

Didn’t really like the cleanliness, only good thing is the location and the dual exit/ entry doors that result in the 2 different streets. Breakfast was mediocre at best

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally kind and helpful! I've travelled to more than 30 countries and stayed in loads of hotels. The staff here were the some of the kindest I've ever encountered. We stayed for two nights before traveling around Vietnam and at the end of our trip decided to return to this hotel again because of the nice people who work here. Also, for those looking for a location close to a lot of sites and restaurants, I recommend this one.

All the workers there were very sweet and amazing! Breakfast was actually also good because they literally made me an omelette! The olds are a bit old and damp feeling, but that’s it!

Check-in was smooth, and the hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good, the gym was not very well-equipped. The location was very good as it was walkable to almost all parts of the city centre.

Cleanliness can be better, general it’s still satisfactory. Location is good as it’s close to the night market. Staff service is awesome as they are friendly and able to communicate in English.

The hotel has two entrances make access convenient. Spaces and bright lobby which also serves as breakfast area is another plus point. Services are great and communication with staffs are easy. Staffs are extra helpful👍🏻. Big selection for breakfast.

Do not book this hotel at all. They will go thru your baggages!!! Once you leave the room. On booking it says room with window, but when you check in they put you in a room without any windows.

Great service with affordable pricing. Jasmine, Tony and rest of the staff provided an unforgettable experience. Initially we booked for 2 nights, but after experiencing their humble services we extended our stay. Very clean, located distance away from main attractions.

Excellent hotel for the value, basically near to the city area and buses can pick you up easily! Staff were extremely friendly too! Shout out to Edward for being an extremely nice staff in guiding us!
