When you arrived at the hotel at 12:00 PM, the room category you had originally reserved was not yet available, as our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. At that time, only Club-level rooms were ready, therefore our front desk team offered you the option of an early check-in with a room upgrade, subject to an additional charge of USD 40++. As you preferred to keep your original room category, our team advised that the reserved room would be available at the standard check-in time of 2:00 PM. We sincerely apologize if this process caused any misunderstanding or inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience.Regarding the swimming pool, we regret that it was temporarily closed due to a scheduled event. This was an exceptional situation, and we truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay.Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams to ensure clearer communication and an improved guest experience moving forward.
