I had a pleasant stay at Rose Garden Residences Hanoi. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and comfortable living area, making it a great choice for both short and long stays. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The swimming pool and fitness center were well maintained, and the property offered a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy streets of Hanoi. Although it isn’t within walking distance of the Old Quarter, it’s only a short Grab or taxi ride to most tourist attractions, which I found very convenient. Guest reviews consistently praise the cleanliness, spacious rooms, and helpful staff, while noting the quieter location outside the city center. The only downside is that some parts of the building feel a little dated, and the location may not be ideal if you prefer staying in the heart of the Old Quarter. Overall, I would recommend Rose Garden Residences to families, business travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable serviced apartment with excellent value for money in Hanoi.

I always stay in this hotel when I come to Hanoi. I like the location and service, everything is fine.

The location is good as it is close to old quarter but you will need to take a taxi. The room was clean and spacious which was good for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the photos online are from a long time ago. The pool and gym have not been maintained as well as they could have. Overall happy with our stay.

Very spacious and clean area, has two bathrooms which us very convenient

Perfect place if you want to have peaceful and quiet time. Professionally managed and very clean.

I like very much, They are very kindly and friendly. This residence was clean and standard level so high. Now, I stay 3rd times. Swimming pool also very clean, Breakfast also very delicious, facilities are very clean and nice and useful.

Very nice and quite place to stay. The room is very spacious and feel like home. Recommended for all families. So sad couldn’t use swimming pool due to cold weather.
