The apartments in the picture do not correspond to reality. We had to climb to the 5th floor on foot along a narrow staircase. The room looks very tired. There is no sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens on the street from the room. There are huge problems with hot water - you have to wait 10-15 minutes for it to finally run 🙃 but it can remain barely warm :) There is no hood in the toilet... all the moisture from the shower goes into the room.
The staff is very diligent, trying their best to resolve all problems. Help with luggage up to the floor, good daily cleaning. But they don't have disposable slippers - in the room there are ordinary plastic slippers that look like they're already a couple of years old.
Breakfast is good. Good selection of buffet. But it’s from 6:30 to 9:30 and by 9 there’s practically nothing 🥲 Juices are heavily diluted with water

Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is good. Service, however, is not exceptional. We encountered a problem in booking airport pickup for our friends who arrived a day after us. Driver forgot that they will fetch someone in the airport, so we had to remind multiple times the hotel staff to not forget the airport pickup day after next. They don’t replenish complimentary water if the supply for the day was not consumed. And if you ask for the supposed replenishment, they will charge you. It may be the language barrier, but yeah.

Una opción a tener en cuenta si viajas a Tucumán. A destacar; la excelente relación precio/calidad, el hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila a unas cuadras del centro y con fácil salida a la Yerba buena (el paseo obligado de todos los viajes por sus bares y locales comerciales), cuenta con cochera a una cuadra y media. En el desayuno y la merienda (incluídos) ofrecen productos de muy buena calidad, dulces y salados, frutas, etc. El personal siempre atento y cordial. Lo único negativo a mencionar es que no tiene ascensor ni pileta. Muy recomendable si viajas a Tucumán por un par de días.

We had a family room. It was perfect for us and one of the best we've stayed in in Vietnam! The air con system looked new and worked very well. Staff in the hotel were superb, as is the location. We would stay again. Be aware there's no lift, only stairs.

Clean and comfortable hotel that is very well located in Hanoi's old quarter. The staff are incredibly helpful, kind and efficient. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is really good with loads of variety. Spa experience was great, the massage was a fantastic way to unwind after a very long flight, masseuse was highly skilled and prices in the spa are very affordable.

Me and wife stayed here for 3 nights and it was the perfect hotel for our requirements. It is smack bang in the heart of the Old quarter and provides a welcome relief to all of the craziness which is the streets of hanoi. David was the manager on duty while we stayed at the hotel and he was outstanding. David ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible and him and his team were always super attentive. The hotel is clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
