Valoraciones de Minasi Premium Hotel

Se ve genial, el equipo sanitario y limpio está en buenas condiciones y los camareros tienen muy buena actitud. Hay un buffet en el piso 12.

El hotel está en una ubicación muy buena. Cerca de un montón de buenos restaurantes y a poca distancia de atracciones turísticas. El desayuno no era muy variado, pero era decente para empezar el día. Sin embargo, la profesionalidad del personal no fue la esperada y parece que podrían beneficiarse más de una capacitación adicional para atender mejor las solicitudes de los huéspedes. Un gran inconveniente, lo cual es una lástima.

This hotel is a great place to stay, highly recommend it! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists to the breakfast staff. They always were kind, passionate and went the extra mile to make sure a great experience. The room on the 9th floor had a nice view and rooms seems recently renovated. It’s clean and comfortable (However, presumably the noise isolation may not be that good, if close to the restaurant floor due to the movement of chairs). The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of warm options, including traditional Vietnamese Pho, breads, fruits, and salad. The location of the hotel is convenient. It’s not in the old quarter, but it’s still within walking distance of many attractions. You can walk to Old Qaurter/Hoan Kiem Lake in about 20 minutes, where you’ll find a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants (and night markets on Friday, Saturday, Sunday). The prices in the area close to hotel are also lower than in the old quarter that sometimes is tourist-focused; such as Che Xoan Quan. Likewise West Lake (Ho Truc Bach), is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel which can be good for a stroll or a relaxing day of cafes, such as Oleoleo cat cafe.

we(myself and my friend)have stayed 2 days in that hotel. Morning we went out for Halong bay trip. When we returned, my room was not cleaned and no towels & others weren't replaced. When we asked the reception, they claimed that we kept "don't disturb" tag on outside of the door. First of all those tags were not provided for us, then how we can keep that outside. To settle that issue we have asked to clean, they claimed that the cleaner already left, just provided the soap, towels & etc.. only. Morning breakfast also not so good, menu also limited. But, location wise the hotel is located in good place. All the places(Night market, beer street) are in walkable distance.

I had a very good experience with the staff, especially Lavie and Matt Nguyen—they were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The bedrooms were exceptionally clean and modern, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The bathrooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with quality amenities. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Everything was perfect! The rooms are very clean and nice, the breakfast is tasty and is served in the room with a beautiful view of Hanoi. It starts at 6.30 am which is useful. The stuff is nice and helpful. Thank you very much for everything !!

Vietnam is a country founded in legends. Known for invasions and conflicts have shaped Vietnamese culture into what you see today. To appreciate the country attractions and culture you’ll encounter in Vietnam is worth trip from North to South . Far easterners are aggressive in nature yet hospitable . Saigon is the old name of Hoh Chi Minh city . A country known for its vast agricultural produce and even exotic fruit is grown here. I started my journey in Hanoi which is magical . Thanks to the Hotel front office cheerful staff I met at Minasi Permium hotel . Her name Joyce Nyugen . Dynasty second name I am sure and surely struck a conversation with her to know even much more !

Was so nice,minasi premium hotel was the best Especially Joyce, Lavie and Matt. Wonderful, so happy with the staff, very nice , very professional, the best, thank you for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend to stay here when everyone come to Vietnam.

Location, location, location! Quenny & Magnus checked me in & even provided a complementary room upgrade. Quenny again greeted me with her warm sincere smile and gracious help the following morning & Joyce welcomed me back that evening as if I was an old family friend, giving me a complete description of the weekend’s special events). Without exception, Minasi Premium Hotel (I can’t speak to the hotels’ other lodgings) offered incredible value, hospitality and special personal touches that made me feel very welcome. Delicious buffet breakfast spread was included, where I could eat at my leisure while enjoying an incredible view. Room was simple and attractive and pillows/bed were very comfortable. Great hot water & water pressure. Every request/inquiry was promptly addressed, and if infectiously happy & helpful staff is an indicator of a hotel’s success, I would say Minasi is as good as it gets (I’m staying in another ‘fancier’ lodging tomorrow, but wish the group I’m meeting would instead consider Minasi Premium.
