My recent stay at the Grand K Hotel Suites Hanoi from June 30 to July 3 was a tale of two halves, but ultimately a very positive experience. While the location was not the strongest point, every other aspect of the hotel was truly exceptional. The location, which I rated as an ”okay” 3 out of 5, was decent but didn't quite place us in the heart of the city's action. It was functional for getting around, but travelers looking to be right next to the main sights might find it a little out of the way. Despite this, it was a peaceful area and offered a nice break from the hustle and bustle. Where the hotel truly shined was in every other category. The cleanliness was absolutely superb, earning a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. The Deluxe Room was spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh feel throughout our entire stay. It was clear the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work. Similarly, the service was flawless. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was a pleasure, and their attentiveness made a huge difference. This excellent service truly elevated our experience. Finally, the facilities were also top-notch, warranting another 5 out of 5. The amenities were modern and well-cared for, providing everything we needed and more. The hotel's infrastructure felt new and polished, adding to the overall sense of luxury and comfort.

La habitación es confortable y limpia, la ubicación es conveniente y el personal del escritorio delantero es muy amable (Valerie Henry).

El apartamento es agradable, limpio y tiene un bello balcón de vistas a la ciudad. La ubicación central ha ahorrado mucho tiempo. El personal es muy amable y siempre listo para ayudar.

Loved my time at the apartment in Vinhomes D’Capitale! Super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Great location and the host was really kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi and will happily come back for future trips!

Este hotel se conocía anteriormente como Eastin Hotel y había estado allí un par de veces. Está bien cuidado y me encanta su decoración interior. La habitación es espaciosa y la cama es cómoda. El desayuno también ofrece una amplia variedad de opciones, desde vietnamitas hasta occidentales. El precio es muy razonable y espero que se mantenga así y mejore su calidad con la nueva administración.

It was terrible visit I stayed 2 nights and every single morning they start the construction for renovation or something(I don't know well actually) The problem is that the noise is too loud to sleep with drilling and hammering sound. The manager of the hotel, gave me some options like move to other room or a little more sleep at other room But, the issue was they don't have any will to stop doing that construction If the hotel has any plan for reconstruction or any related plan, then they should have noticed But they did nothing but saying sorry

I do not think this hotel needs another 5 star given the hundreds that they received but I feel like I should! We had an incredible stay and truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality and genuine helpfulness of every staff member. A special thank you to Cathy, who went above and beyond to help me recover my camera, which I had left at a café. She even arranged for a driver to deliver it back to the hotel on our last day in Hanoi. We were genuinely impressed by her passion and professionalism—she remembered me and my boyfriend after only meeting us briefly at breakfast. Cathy also kindly shared her list of restaurant recommendations, which we loved! 🥹 We did mention a minor issue with soundproofing, which Cathy explained was due to the hotel’s architecture. We can’t wait to return to Hanoi and stay here again! This hotel was truly a gem and was a highlight of our trip!!

Fue el lugar más satisfactorio que me quedé durante mi viaje a Vietnam. La habitación estaba bien organizada y bien equipada con las instalaciones necesarias, por lo que fue muy cómoda durante mi estancia. Me impresionó especialmente que podía dormir bien en la noche porque había poco ruido. El personal siempre fue amable y útil al plan de viaje, proporcionando información local detallada. La ubicación era buena y muy conveniente para ver alrededor. Si tienes una oportunidad, éste es el lugar que quieres quedarte de nuevo.

Nos alojamos dos veces cuando fuimos y cuando regresamos, nos saludaron un chico muy guapo y dos chicas estaban muy entusiasmadas, entonces, ¿por qué elegí quedarme dos veces? tiempo podremos encontrarnos de nuevo.

Está cerca del lago de Huang, el transporte es relativamente estrecho, es conveniente caminar o montar en motocicleta. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones son similares a las de la casa durante siete días, pero la mayoría de los hoteles en Hanoi están casi en la actualidad
