This hotel has exceeded my expectations and was designed nicely with a 5* luxury feel service/hospitality . The hotel itself is quite new as the associate had mentioned that it’s been open for about 6 months. The bedding and room was very comfortable and decorated. I will rate this a 10/10. Great service and clean. I was welcomed with a drink voucher and the bar tender made a drink that was not on the menu and even though the rooftop bar was closing, he took the time to make a special drink that is not too sugary for me as requested. The morning breakfast at the restaurant was also great! Although I did not get to stay a longer duration as I was just flying into Hanoi to make a stop to Hai Phong. I will definitely be coming back and staying here for my future visit.

Le Jardin Hotel & Spa (46A Nguyen Truong To Street, Ba Dinh, Hanoi) we reached hotel midnight due to delay in flight. But our room shifted to Le Jardin and there we got rooms with delay . Rooms we spacious and nice . There’s small swimming pool on 12th floor. Though we enjoy the facilities of gym on same floor. Morning buffet breakfast was continental but special taken care of guests by staff by personal visiting them. Though the hotel front desk not able to give us the same room for 2 nights but we are happy with spacious rooms the chandiler at the reception was photo shoot point for numerous guest. You can put your hand on the game of chess at reception sofas. Location of the hotel is awesome. Do suggest my friends for this hotel

My wife and I were fortunate enough to stay at the Somerset Westpoint for about 3 months in 2021, waiting for the permanent house we had found to be available for us to move in with all our furniture. We got a furnished 2-bedroom apartment on a high floor, with an amazing view overlooking West Lake. Beautiful place, modern and stylish, all the furniture and appliances were just in perfect condition. The outdoor swimming pool (probably around 25m long) is wonderful and never crowded so you can actually swim for your daily exercise if that is part of your routine. They also have a great gym and a virtual golf practice that seems to be state of the art technology (but we never used it). So the place itself is amazing, modern and charming, pristine clean, and greatly located in Tay Ho. But even more outstanding maybe is how nice everyone has been there with us during our stay. From the housekeeping to the front desk staff and the management, everyone has just been wonderful to us (and I am not saying that just because we got a totally unexpected special chocolate treat on Bastille Day – we are French…) Impossible to mention everybody here but we would like to give special mentions to the ones that we remember the name of and that we had a special relationship with: our dedicated and meticulous housekeeper, Hoang Diu, who took such good care of our home during these three months; Kylie Quynh who was able to locate for us the manufacturer of some of the furniture at Somerset that we wanted to get for ourselves, Mr Mitchell, always so nice and pleasant, and of course Miss Minna, always smiling, who made me feel at home with her great French speaking abilities and who gave us as a souvenir an orchid from her garden that is now in ours. Also, I would like to mention someone that we have never met in person but that we exchanged a lot on WhatsApp with, Miss Doan Thanh Huyen, customer representative, who helped us with the logistic of moving in and out, and who has proven herself to be an amazing incarnation of “customer satisfaction first”. We have travelled a lot, in many different countries, and I have to say that this place really stands out. Big thanks to all the team for making us feel so comfortable and wishing you all the success that you deserve!

Estaba allí durante las celebraciones del año nuevo ***** y uno de los mejores lugares para ver los trabajos de fuego fue el lobby y el restaurante del hotel. El hotel también organizó el baile de león para el nuevo año ******.
El desayuno es muy bueno con las cargas y las cargas de las opciones de cocina.

Es cierto, en mi camino de vuelta, utilicé mapas de Google, que sugirieron la ruta más corta, y todo lo que vi fue las carreteras, en lugar de las muchas tiendas en Hanoi. El hotel también ofrece una actualización gratuita de habitaciones (período menos ocupado del año) e incluso una nota escrita a mano, que fue un gesto simple pero muy apreciado. La habitación era limpia y tenía todas las comodidades necesarias (agua, en la habitación segura, secador de pelo poderoso, etc.) y el personal también podía ofrecer sugerencias para la comida cercana (que era delicioso).

UUsuario invitadoEs, probablemente, el hotel en el que mejor servicio he recibido en toda mi vida. Los recepcionistas que nos han atendido han sido todos increíbles: atentos, amables, generosos con su tiempo, considerados, profesionales,... Nuestra estancia ha estado llena de imprevistos debido a la meteorología, y a factores externos, y el staff del hotel nos ha ayudado muchísimo, facilitándonos cada paso que hemos dado! No quiero dejar de mencionar el perfecto estado de las habitaciones, la deliciosa cena que comimos, o el mejor desayuno buffet que hemos probado en Vietnam. La ubicación es otro punto fuerte, en pleno Old Quarter, cerca de los principales atractivos turísticos y también de la zona de fiesta (aunque nosotros no hemos salido, y no hemos tenido ni una sola molestia por ruido, hotel muy silencioso y tranquilo). Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo! Y nuestro más sincero agradecimiento a todos los miembros del staff, especialmente a los encargados y miembros de la recepción! Maravillosos

XXiaoshegegeEl hotel en el que me alojé el primer día estaba en el casco antiguo. El chico de la recepción fue muy amable. Me dio un mapa y me ayudó a marcar cómo encontrar restaurantes y a qué atracciones llegar. conservas y té de bienvenida El desayuno del hotel también fue excelente. Es bastante rico, pero la base de sopa de los fideos de arroz es Tom Yum Goong, que es un poco picante. Para los ancianos que no comen comida picante, no lo hacen. ¡Atrévete a probarlo! La piscina es muy pequeña, ¡así que echa un vistazo!

UUsuario invitadoHotel location is excellent if u are a partier, beer street is just a stone away. Room cleanliness is still acceptable but dining area is not. Maybe staff at dining area is not enough. Staffs are friendly and helpful however during the check out process, we were asked to wait for more than 30 minutes as they are checking the room which was absolutely not acceptable.
Ps: we went to ask how long it going take.

UUsuario invitadoPros: El personal era muy amable y acomodable y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa y todo si se les mencionó. It's a fab location with Hoan Kiem lake well within walking distance, yet not right in the middle of the hectic old quarter so it's possible to get a good night's sleep (our room did not have a window, so unsecure if this is true for rooms with window). Las camas se cambiaron todos los días y también las toallas limpias diariamente, pero otras como papel higiénico, champú, lavado de cuerpos, etc. no se habían levantado durante nuestra estancia. Cons: Estamos llegando después del check-in publicitado en el tiempo y nuestra habitación no estaba lista, lo que no era ideal después de 17 horas de vuelos, pero también comprensible que a veces otros huéspedes se lleguen tarde. Creo que por eso se apresuraron a preparar la habitación, lo que significa que no era completamente limpio, por ejemplo, el pelo en el suelo, las huellas dactilares en los espejos/vidrio. La TV no funcionó, el wifi era muy lento durante nuestra estancia, y el duche se resfrió durante los primeros 2 días que para ser equitativo era bueno teniendo en cuenta lo caliente que era. Booking.com still states that breakfast is available here but nothing was mentioned to us about breakfast, and it’s worth noting that the photos used by the property are definitely not accurate. The property is nice, but not like the photos. La habitación era sin ventanas, y no recuerdo si se mencionó esto en la reserva. Sin embargo, me sentí que considerando el alto puntaje de la propiedad en booking.com y en aquí, era importante dejar una imagen más precisa de la propiedad.

UUsuario invitadoRatings are always based on personal standards and judging criteria. For this, I am coming from the angle of a cheap airport hotel. This is the best airport hotel around Hanoi Noi Bai Airport, and at a decent price. Do not expect intercontinental buffet breakfast, business lounges and the likes. The room is pretty new, clean, functional, and large. Despite being close to the airport, you can barely hear anything from landing aircraft. Breakfast is simple at best, and staff seem to be still in 'training', with only Brian being the 'boss'. Rooftop pool doesn't look well maintained, and the entertainment room has been abandoned totally altogether, with the foosball and billiard table left to collect dust while it has become a storage and parking area. But hey, its an airport hotel. Purpose is to have people sleep for 1 night before leaving prompto. It is situated in a pretty rural area so don't expect any established eateries or convenience stores nearby. Think roadside hawkers and home-run provision shops. In conclusion, best airport hotel near Hanoi Noi Bai Airport.

The location of this apartment is the biggest advantage. It is a 5-minute walk from the 86 bus stop (from/to the airport). Also, it takes 5-10 min strolling to reach the Old Quarter and Dong Xuan market. Plus, 20-25 min walking will bring you to the Ho Chi Ming mausoleum. Everything far would require a taxi or a scooter via the ‘Grab’ app.
Generally, this apt has a solid ‘3’ out of ‘5’. Everything you needed was there: a full-size kitchen, a microwave, a two-section fridge, a washing machine, a fan, an AC, a TV, a kettle, a cooking stove, all utensils and plates. The bathroom, a sink and a loo are clean, a hairdryer works well. You could even have a full foamy real bath (I was too lazy to extra clean the bath, that’s just me. Extra precautions). The bed is fine, and the bed sheets were clean. Nothing to complain about.
Now, why it is ‘3’ (or maybe ‘3.5’). For this money per night, in other places, you’ll get a 20-24 sq.m. room. While this apt generously will host you with 60 sq.m. (I have to confess, it was the main reason I chose this place among the locations). This place feels really like a proper apartment. Pay attention, this is not a ‘Hotel’ but a ‘Home-stay’ or an ‘Apartment’. There is no Reception desk. Nobody will meet, greet, and assist you. You will be on your own with any questions you may have upon arrival. Moreover, the entrance to this apartment goes through… the sushi restaurant. Yep. Right through the tables with people eating. Plus, the instruction sent prior to my arrival with all digital codes to open the doors to get in/out looked more like a maze or a puzzle. Good news, from 10 am till 10 pm the front restaurant door is open and you won’t need to worry (at least) about one of the ‘getting-in game’ challenges.
Al-in-all, with all instructions provided by Trip.com and the owner, I managed to check in smoothly, had a nice Hanoi vacation and didn’t mind some hiccups with local neighbours downstairs getting up early and starting cooking their breakfast)))

UUsuario invitadoThe slippers that were provided for walking around the room was too loud, where it is difficult to be quiet when walking around in them. The husband is also uptight in not letting people eat in the dining area but outside which I can understand and could go along with, because they don't want the guest to leave garbage or get their table dirty, but they need to at least leave a garbage can outside so the guest don't have to leave it on the ground. I didn't like how I couldn't find a place to throw my ice cream wrapper away when I ate it outside and had to end up throwing it in the garbage of another person's place.
I also didn't like the location of how it was out of the city center where it wasn't near any grocery stores or open fruit and vegetable, and meat markets. Just by a bunch of restaurants some being a bunch of aggressive jerks sitting outside waiting for bystanders to walk by where they try to aggressively approach you to get you to eat at their restaurant. I need a place where I can use a kitchen to cook food for myself. I don't need to eat out every day.
These owners are a bit shady at times in that when I did came in early where it was not time for me to check in where I was willing to wait until my room is ready, their son had the nerve to try to make a few bucks off me in that if I pay them a few bucks, I can have my room before the check in time which was a bit tacky. The husband didn't give me very good advice when he told me that staying at this place is good for going into the city center and coming back, which it isn't for me, because I have to take the bus 1 hour and 45 minutes to the city center which is a longways. What lousy advice for my situation like he was trying to convince me to stay longer just so that they can make more money off of me. This was a little tacky too. Good for them, but not good for me.
I also didn't like how they send my clothing to a cleaner when I thought they were going to wash it in their washer and hang it up on their clothesline on their top floor. Not only that, but the cleaners lost my dress pants in the process or probably even stoled it and kept it for themselves and not really telling me the truth. I told them about this and they said that the cleaners who they sent it to didn't know what happen to it. The owners were even trying to try to lie a little bit by saying that I never gave them a dress pants for them to wash which is a bunch of ********.
They could have just let me use their washer where I could have used my own detergent to wash my clothing and hang it up to dry on their clothesline on the rooftop of their place where I would have paid them for it. For all I know these cleaners that they sent my clothing to for them to wash could be their friend and they are trying to help give their friends the business for any of their guests that has laundry for them to use. These cleaners are probably a bunch of thieves for all I know that probably looked through guests clothing for things that are valuable which they take and pretend that they don't know anything about it when the guests inquire of it. This is another shady tactical thing that they are probably doing as well.
I even asked them if they could compensate me which would not have amounted to much which they had refused. They didn't even have the nerve to apologize to me but to only lie to me by telling me ******** that the cleaners who they sent guests clothing to never lose any of their clothing which is a bunch of ********. All of this could have been avoided had they either let me use their washer or they wash it for me in their washer where I would have paid them. Do not trust these people with your clothing!!!!

I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.
