Tenemos una estancia maravillosa aquí. Un destino muy bonito y tranquilo. El personal es amigable y profesional. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias. Los alimentos son buenos con un precio muy razonable. El restaurante Thuy Dinh es único y grande. Las instalaciones son buenas. Regresaremos sin duda en 2021.

El hotel está muy bien situado en la zona del 'Old Quarter' El personal es súper atento, amable y amigable (nos ayudaron a organizar la excursión a Ninh Bình ofreciendonos muchísimas opciones). Las instalaciones son nuevas y la habitación era grande y espaciosa con balcón. El equipo de limpieza hace un magnífico trabajo, siempre que volvíamos estaba todo limpio y ordenado. (Las habitaciones disponen de todas las comodidades:gel, champú, secador, cepillo de dientes...) Nosotras solo cogimos el desayuno y estaba riquísimo. Todos los días tenían variedad de fruta, tostadas, cereales, también comidas calientes como Bacon, noodles. También nos reservaron el transporte de vuelta al aeropuerto Si volviera a Hanoi, sin duda volvería aquí. Lo recomiendo al 100%

He estado en el Super Hotel Candle por varias veces antes de Covid 19 y una vez después de Covid 19. En general todo está bien, pero hay 2 puntos que me decepcionaron y necesitan mejorar. La ropa de la toalla y las toallas necesitan cambiar incluso antes de Covid 19, pero nada parece mejorar después de Covid 19. Segundo, el estándar de desayuno ha caído mucho después de Covid 19 y incluso después de mi visita este mes.

La ubicación es ideal si quieres estar cerca del lago o tener negocios con una embajada. El lago es a 30 segundos de paseo, las embajadas 10 minutos o así. El hotel dispone de una amplia zona de estar, un escritorio, una cocina completa con un refrigerador/congelador de tamaño doméstico, y la cama es muy cómoda como las galletas. La zona de la cama se puede cortar cerrando una cortina de piso a techo entre ella y la zona del salón -- conveniente cuando su compañero de viaje quiere levantarse temprano para trabajar (y apagar todas las luces). El baño incluye un tubo de tamaño completo y un baño japonés (es decir, asiento caliente y construido en bidet con varias opciones). En lugar de un desayuno buffet, nos proporcionaron un menú que incluía una gran selección de artículos que van desde las normas occidentales a las vietnamitas. Las noches en el restaurante de arriba incluyen grupos de jóvenes locales que se toman egoísmos en el ambiente ”fabuloso”. I recently stayed at La Siesta Classic Hang Thung for one night, and honestly, it wasn't enough! Hotel Property: 1. The hotel's location is great. It's right in the middle of Hanoi's Old Quarter, so you can easily walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and enjoy the lively atmosphere. 2. What's cool is that the hotel is only two months old and it looks amazing. The rooms are a good size, and the modern design is Instagram-worthy. It's pretty impressive they even squeezed in a pool in the middle of the tight Old Quarter spaces. Service 1. We got to the hotel really early from Sapa, and our rooms weren't ready, but Mr. VP at the front desk was super nice. He went out of his way to arrange a shower for us. It was a real help to get us cleaned up from the long train ride. 2. I accidentally booked a room for 3 persons when there was only 2 of us. Mr.VP immediately noticed it and upgraded us to a junior suite without us knowing. That was a pleasant surprise and definitely made our day. The Not-So-Great Stuff: There were a couple of small issues that could have made the overall experience even better. 1. We asked for more water and ice around 9 pm, but they never brought it. Eventually, we went out and buy water, and reminded the front desk to send some ice to the room. But even after reminding the front desk personally, no ice came all night. 2. Food at breakfast was good, but the service could he better. When we wanted to sit by the window, the server insisted that we sit at another table. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her that we prefer to sit by the window. She then cleared our table quite unwillingly. She just changed the cutlery but did not replace the used placemats. We didn't bother her after that as she seemed annoyed. But despite these minor hiccups, I'd definitely recommend La Siesta Classic Hang Thung to anyone looking for a great stay in Hanoi. It's a lovely place with pretty and clean rooms and lovely front desk staff.

Excelente recepción y concierge. Mi último día es el vuelo por la mañana a las 7:00. Mi taxi se retrasa y me ayudó a confirmar amigable. Es un hotel amigable y de gran servicio. Altamente recomendado para quedarse mientras está en Hanoi.

2nd purchase for this hotel. Im arrived late nite, and got upgraded room. Bigger room suite for 4 people haha. A bit awkward for me alone but still love it. It has balcony, so not too soundproof. But thats not a problem! This area is quieter compared to the busy center old center. Recommended!
