quite nice rooms and very pleasant atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and courteous and welcoming.

I stayed there for two nights, Sunday & Monday and the service was exccellent. Cleanliness was as good as you could hope for. The only downside was no food for the evenings. However - The local beer made up for this. Also - Restaurants are very close, there is 3 within 5 minute walking, and if you can walk 20 minutes, there is everything you need in the centre.

It’s was a very nice place with friendly staff. The location was good and it was better than I expected!

有兩個房間，外面的比較小，裏面空間很大，洗手間和洗澡的地方比較小，出差還是可以的

酒店大堂設計美觀。不提供每日房間最基本的打掃和主動更換已用過的浴巾，居然號稱是為了環保？？強烈建議酒店”在銷售頁面為這一特色備註、或在入住時明確告知客户、或在房間裏貼上告示告知”! ！酒店位於城市偏遠地區，靠近火車鐵軌，必須關窗隔噪音。

房間不大，衞生還可以，停車方便。

房間挺好的，交通挺好，距離中央火車站一站地鐵，市中心兩站地鐵。去rewe, DM走路三五分鐘也都算方便。要主動跟前台説每天打掃，不然不會每天都換。

房間在德國算挺大的了，也乾淨衞生舒適。離火車站也算近，步行可到。交通位置不錯，離機場不遠。酒店有簡餐，披薩味道不錯。

環境不錯，早餐不錯

시끄럽지 않고 깔끔한 호텔 내부가 마음에 들었습니다 다만 냉장고가 없어 아쉬웠습니다. 시내는 걸어서 15분 거리에 있습니다

Los recepcionistas son unos incompetentes, además de no dejarme hacer la reserva allí en persona, tuve que hacerla por web sin batería en el móvil, no me ayudaron en nada y tuve que irme a otro hotel a las 23:00

Premier inn cancelled a valid booking then readvertised the same rooms but at five times the price. Will be very slow ever to do business with them again and I would advise everyone not to trust a booking with them

One of the joys of going away, is the Hotel stay. Expectations are NOT high, but a little largesse and being spoilt was all part of the package. Clean towels and room cleaning was the standard - NOT AT THIS HOTEL. One has to advise reception the previous day, that you want your room cleaned & replenished - your room is then put on the next days rota if you are lucky. If someone does not fill out the form correctly, your room is NOT cleaned AND IT BECOMES your responsibility to go to reception again, and request cleaning for next day. Even if you speak directly to the cleaning team ( outside your room door ) they will NOT do anything - not their problem. My wife & I thought this was a disgraceful state of affairs, and most un satisfactory. The bean counters in management have certainly got this wrong, and will make me think twice about staying ib a Premier Inn again. Bugsy Horsham. West Sussex.
