The resort is absolutely beautiful, and so peaceful. You’re tucked away in a private oasis. The furnishings are very old-school five-star luxury hotel but with apparent wear and tear. But it’s not too severe and absolutely forgivable for me given the beauty of the location. There’s a restaurant in the resort that has delicious food. Service is excellent too. I was welcomed by a very friendly Simon who walked me to my accommodation and introduced the place to me. If only there was a spa available then it would’ve been perfect!

Had an amazing time at 所见西溪 in Hangzhou. A nice boutique located in a natural park. We took a morning walk and loved the tranquility and good views. Concierge was cordial and helpful in guiding nearby sightseeings. Food was super delicious. Room is more a villa. Design is elegant and thoughtful. Would recomm for families for the space and activities / also solo travellers who wish to enjoy some quiet moments.

During our stay, the staff were very helpful and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The food is also delicous. Thank you very much.

Hot water was not working - which in a resort is rather poor as the bathroom with view onto the water was a key feature. The fact that the staff come into bedroom and bathroom with their shoes on is intolerable - dirty and unhygienic,

Simon was exceptional! Brought us around in a boat helped us take stunning photos and was just in every way possible made our stay superb! Would highly recommend a stay here. Worth every penny. Very therapeutic and authentic Chinese experience (and given it’s the only 1 of 1 resort with a private lake and 40000sqm of space) it’s definitely worth an experience.

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. PS , I cannot upload my videos of the boat trip inside the hotel's lake because the file is too big :'(

The hotel is great is a must to go if you want a place to relax in Hangzhou, a recommendation in regards of the service is that maybe waitresses don't need to be so pushy when you are ordering at the restaurant and the minibar can have a bottle of wine or some beers, aside from that the hotel is great!!

poor toilet design. the toilet has bad ventilation and the drainage can be easily blocked. the shower door and floor is also poorly finished and water will easily overflow to outside.

由於春節出行管控，抵達酒店的過程就顯得出人意料的麻煩……提着一大堆行李走過石板路，最後坐船半小時才抵達酒店，出行的銜接方面還需多做改善！但所幸好事多磨，酒店的服務和景色都很不錯，酒店內的菜品也很不錯，沼蝦實在太喜歡啦

各方面都非常好的酒店，能在保證舒適的同時，還原原生態體驗；晚上非常安靜。服務團隊優秀，對於腿腳不便的住客提供全天候幫助，對比動輒百間房的五星連鎖奢華酒店來説能更好照顧到個人需求。會定期再來度假。餐廳的麪食出品優秀，另外，果盤和mini吧是絕對驚喜，不僅罕見地提供了蘇打水和無糖可樂，竟然沒有一樣選品是我不喜歡的，在住過的酒店裡是第一家。

第一次不是為了點評去點評，所見西溪無論從建築風格和周圍景色都是美學的盛宴，但是我更想表達的是對服務人員的感謝，因我帶着家屬需全程坐輪椅，酒店的石板路、小木橋對我們來説真的太難行了，又住在酒店的最深處，酒店派了三個男性服務人員抬着扛着一路小心地來回於房間，甚至婉拒了我想表達下感謝的紅包，酒店一再表示這是他們應該做的，讓剛體驗完號稱是天花板級的日式服務的我，覺得他們的服務意識及高度才是世界級的👍🏼

酒店環境清幽，房間乾淨整潔亦不失特色，江南的風雅在這裏得以淋漓盡致的體現；酒店工作人員非常爽快的升級了房型，無微不至的服務讓人印象頗深，期待下一次的相逢~

一酒店環境很好，感覺西溪的精華都在酒店裡麪。工作人員都很周到熱情。原本打算住兩晚，臨時改變後續行程，連住四晚。後續來杭州繼續住這裏。

酒店環境古典優雅，非常有特色的江南園林風格，客房不多，安靜舒服，適合放空。整體服務也很好，早餐也不錯有單點和半自助。入住的整體感覺很好，下次還會來。
