Hanting Hotel (Hangzhou Wulinmen Hushu South Road)

Este hotel en Hangzhou es tan bueno. Tuvimos una experiencia increíble. Nos alojamos allí por 3 noches. En primer lugar, tuvieron una muy cálida bienvenida. Todos los recepcionistas fueron serviciales y extremadamente atentos. Las habitaciones se limpian y los artículos de tocador se reponen todos los días. Definitivamente nos quedaremos aquí de nuevo. Muchas gracias por el gran servicio. Te adjunto algunas fotos en las que también puedes ver lo cariñosos que fueron. Cuando hicimos el check out, nos trataron con té y nos dieron algunas toallitas húmedas con alcohol. 💗

Aunque el exterior del hotel es bueno cuando entras en la habitación del hotel, era terrible. Allí no había vasos de vidrio para beber té, así que nos dieron vasos de papel. Y los miembros del personal ni siquiera pueden hablar inglés. Había un pequeño robot lindo que vino y nos dio los vasos de papel, pero sin embargo, no recomendaría este hotel.

I like this hotel very nice clean and the staff very kind.. we can use laundry machine for free.. we not expect that what i need on our situation.. location it’s good near bus but a little bit walk to MRT.. but u can use bus to MRT station if tired.. Recommended this hotelll.. love so muchhhhh 😍😍

I stayed here 11 nights on family room, this hotel is much much better than Z Prime and Grace hotel. This hotel has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. There are 2 robots that deliver quickly to the room when order food. The service at this hotel is very, very good (you won't get this kind of service at the Z Prime Hotel and Grace Hotel). The downside in my opinion is the small shower room . I saw there is a big one and ask the staff bout it, they explain because I asked for a quiet room, the side facing quiet environment has small shower room. There also a staff person who is very very very kind : 1. When I arrived I borrowed scissors to open my suitcase plastic wrap and he help me to open it. 2. When I was in the lobby waiting for my food delivery, this person approached me asking what was wrong and wait with me until the food come. 3. I asked for laundry plastic, this person also delivered it straight away. This person always smiles to greet guests. I hope that this hotel will develop bigger with staff like this and for this staff, I hope that he and his family abundant success and health. Sorry, I can't read chinese name so I put his picture

Room is good but there’s no refrigerator. Location is a bit far from xihu and intai.

This hotel is great for its affordability, location and cleanliness. The double room is quite cozy and all the basic amemities are well stocked.
