Reception is not good, they gave us a room with a broken shower head holder, the shower head dropped off all the time. They already aware of the problem but still didn't fix it before letting us in.
We should get a welcome gift according to the booking invoice but didn't get any, not even bother to ask.
Found an opening cotton pad when we checked in (as in photo)

衞生：乾淨整潔
設施：設施很新
環境：很安靜
服務：服務態度很好 非常寶藏的酒店，出地鐵站一分鐘就能到，交通完勝大多數酒店，出差星人的最愛。酒店大堂很大氣，休息區和前台分設兩個區域，互不打擾。房間裏隔音很好，衞生做得很用心。周邊配套齊全，樓下有好吃的潮汕牛肉粉。隔壁就是銀泰。

非常滿意.評價不錯，停車也方便，打車去景區也是不錯的選擇，
酒店的地理位置不錯，周圍都是好吃的餐飲店.酒店晚上特別特別安靜.所有的小細節都體現了酒店的用心之處。超出我的預期，非常滿意，相信以後選擇酒店的時候會把逸澍放在第一.

河景房！兄弟們，真的河景房！景色很好！
給父母訂的房，都説這酒店很好👍
酒店位置就在城西銀泰邊上，出門就是地鐵口，去哪都方便。
房間乾淨舒適，整潔明亮^_^打掃的大姐也服務熱情。
前台小姐姐微笑服務，還贈送了入住水果。

來杭州旅遊，本次特意想找一個酒店是帶有廚房的，出發前已再三和平台確認我所預訂的房形是帶有廚房和廚具。但是到了入住前的兩小時酒店致電我才通知這個房形是沒有帶有廚房和廚具，而且整個酒店更是無煙房間不能煮食！非常失望！！
酒店方面最後只是安排免費送給早餐給我們來解決我們煮食的要求，但是我想說我們需要廚房的原因是需要煮午餐和晚餐，而不是你們隨便送我一個早餐缺愛當作解決問題。
另外酒店的衛生還非常差，我們住了四天，在第一天的時候清潔完告訴我們他們三點後就下班不能再清潔強行要求我們提前離開讓他們先清潔，另外四天內更加沒有換過床單被鋪。這個酒店以後都不會再住！

這家就在萍水街地鐵站C口，超方便，這是我最看中的點。酒店很新，電梯和房間都很乾凈，房間大，浴袍和拖鞋都是帶包裝消過毒的。樓下小河和植物很愛，離着我喜歡的麪包店marufuwa也很近，下次還來住。唯一不足是浴袍沒有釦子，衹有繩子不是很方便，洗水池的按壓扣來的時候就掉了 也沒修，不影響所以我當時沒提，細節多注意一下就好了

地理位置：旁邊就是城西銀泰，吃飯購物都很方便；樓下就是地鐵口距靈隱寺開車30分鐘，到西湖景區交通也很方便。
衞生：打掃衞生的阿姨很熱情，房間整潔乾淨。
服務：前台工作人員微笑服務，細節提醒周到。
環境：門口很好 門口散步也很安全
總體，性價比高，出行方便

1、半夜被蚊子咬醒。2、沐浴露瓶子是空的，這種最基本的都不檢查就讓客人入住了。3、一支牙刷是沒刷毛的…晚上喝完酒回去睡也凌晨一兩點了 ，也懶得找前台了，兩個人用了一支牙刷，沒有沐浴露 清水沖一下就睡了。4、房間裏很多煙頭燙的痕跡，影響觀感
