Demasiado caro. El estilo general del hotel es ambiguo y un poco cursi. Materiales de primera calidad con adornos baratos. Las habitaciones están bien: son más grandes y cuestan la mitad que en el Marriott de la misma zona. El aire acondicionado hace tanto ruido como el motor de un avión. La música en vivo en el bar 48 es una mezcla de éxitos comerciales de plástico de todos los tiempos... cualquier cosa menos una propuesta de buen gusto.

Modern & stylish hotel , great location , right next to Mixc mall, friendly staff, cleanliness

Great location. Nice room layouts. Very good breakfast. There is a mall across the street with everything you might need. Also, the area has alot of nice walkways that are like mini-parks. Great for hitting 10,000 steps. The breakfast has all the high quality standards, such as smoked salmon, omelettes and more, but they also had a few local delicacies that were brought to our table. One surprise was that the package we bought included a dining coupon. I ordered it out of curiosity, and it was surprisingly very good.

Overall it is a good hotel. We especially like the layout and the design of the room. The view is stunning and the location is excellent for shopping . The long desk and comfortable furnitures. We have a slight issue with the water pressure of the shower which is not strong enough as we would prefer. Thank you for the hospitality team and had a good stay.

Ths hotel stay was great. Hyatt seldom disappoints. A special thanks to Bella for making the stay more wonderful. Will come again and hope to see her soon. Highly recommended to choose this hotel for Hangzhou China.

The toilet of this hotel is quite big. They provide many bottles of water which is so great.

Park Hyatt Hangzhou definitely will be the next hotel to stay for my next business and personal trips to Hangzhou again due to its super good location, great service, fantastic hotel design, amazing hotel environment and satisfied hotel cleanliness. The Hangzhou MIXC Complex is just located at the same location as the hotel and so it is super convenient for our shopping. Definitely it is a GOOD choice!

Best Hyatt that I have stayed in recent years! Everything is perfect! The view, the room deco, the afternoon tea set, the location, the customer services and hotel staffs(especially Nancy, she has been really helpful delivering my charging socket back…) generally well-deserved with its good hotel reputation! Will definitely return to stay again if am gonna visit Hangzhou for another time! 👍

This is a great hotel Park Hyatt is always good and you expect the best from them when you spend 2000 a night. The only issue I had was that the shower was in the middle of the bathroom so if someone takes a shower the whole bathroom gets wet. They quickly changed my room and the rest of the stay was not bad. They have the best toilet. The breakfast was really good they have a wide selection of food and great customer service. They tailor make your eggs
