Valoraciones de Jinjiang Inn Select (Hangzhou Binjiang University Town Puyan Metro Station)

I check in here since it was near my meeting. Its close to the metro station which makes it convenient also near a strip mall with a supermarket Starbucks and some other local food chains. My biggest problem is the front staff who went out of her way to put me on the worst floor in the hotel. After i kindly asked her i need a room that is smoke-free and wanted to a clean room she smiled and gave me the dirtiest most horrific room ive ever been in. Handprint all over the walls, including just above the bed. The smell was like something was dead under my bed, dark and depressing. After i contacted Trip.com for customer service and they truly proved to be a fantastic company and contacted the front desk, afterwards, the cleaning management came and were very kind and moved me to the 13th floor in a much better room. Honestly, they were very good. I know the price is budget travel but the front desk was extremely suspiciously ****** to foreigners, it seems. I do not recommend this hotel in this location. Pay a few extra dollars and get a better sleeping experience. Thank you Trip.com customer service for assisting me!

Location of the hotel is good .close to the market and mall nearby.there are so many food options in the area.The staff at the hotel are friendly and happy to help. .Unfortunately, no one speaks English. Would recommend.

Very clean and spacious! I love it. It was clean and the facilities inside were up yo standard. Will definitely book here again when I'm in Hangzhou

I would not stay here again. We picked this place because it was relatively cheap for the distance to attractions but it was below expectations. Outside is still underdeveloped and the hotel room smells like a lot of smoking. The room is old and like a 2 star inn. Pick a nicer place further out if I was on a budget or closer to attractions if I have more money to spend.

Check in hotel manager and staff gave me a horrible smelly room like something dead under beds or in the room ( they all know room smell too and said if I don't like it, they change different room for me) so they change different room, not too clean either. There were GHOSTS after mid night, making noises and talking through the walls. I complained they did nothing. Most horrible and terrible hotel I had ever stayed in. Could not sleep at all because of all GHOSTS noises. I got up packed my bag and left at 4 AM. Check out at counter front desk the staff was sleeping and could not walk her up to check out. Had to wait till 6 am before she wake up, and requested for refund, but she refused, made request to Trip but wasting so much time. That ruin my whole next few days without any sleeping. After I came home I got sick because of lost if sleep. Most horrible staff and hotel I had ever stay. The manager and staff claimed they did not know anything about horrible smelly room smell like some dead body in the room, gave me the room just above that room, maybe that were why I could hear Ghosts talking and making noises ( but staff said not hear anything) Maybe the manager get her position as manager with her pretty face, but does not know how to run and manage the hotel at all Don't ever stay this this hotel or this hotels chain, I used to like this hotel chains all over China and I was a member for over 15 years. But now this jinjiang hotels all rotting and bad services, soap and tooth brushes were given in a plastic bag for you to have a shower with, floor dirty, bathroom etc. I felt so uneasy not dare to touch anything, or sleeping in dirty bed. Most horrible hotel in my life I had had ever stayed in. And they refused to refund me. It is like you have a bowl of noodles half way through eating you find a big big inside noodles, and hotel said because you already stay, you have to pay, it is like the bug in the noodles you already eat half so you have to pay half of the noodles. What about compensation for getting sick eating the bug or 🪳 cockroach then get sick from it. And that was exactly happened to me because of not able to sleep ruin my whole last day in China, not only that I got sick after came home because of lack of sleep and tired from no sleeping. Should I get compensation for this ???? Perhaps take some legal actions for this.

房間很小又窄又長，隔音效果很差，隔壁一直有聲響，投訴二次後前台過半天才上來，説説過了，後面半夜又聽到隔壁的打呼嚕聲，大清早5點多種又很響，這是我這麼多年住過最爛的房間！屋內設施又老又舊，牀頭櫃連個充電插做都沒有，非常不便！這樣的破房間還三百一晚上，誰住誰後悔！

房間小的可憐，電視又小又舊，房間很臟，都沒有打掃乾淨，空調老舊，聲音超大，有史以來住過最差的房間，要不是不能退了，根本不會入住，誰住誰後悔，而且超貴，400多塊的房間連100多的賓館都不如，誰住誰後悔，一點不推薦。

酒店就在跟我們公司同園區裏面 入住也很方便 還可以免費停車 周邊有永輝超市和地鐵 就餐和出行也都很方便 連鎖酒店安全等各方面都有保證

地理位置不錯，附近吃的很多，還有個小型商場。房間空間寬敞，還有個寫字枱，很舒適。前台服務很好，有疑問貼心回答，特來點評。
