The hotel is a pleasant place to stay. However, it is located quite far from the downtown area. The service was good, while the breakfast was average.

The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast options were diverse. We were very satisfied with our stay and would choose this hotel again in the future.

I have enjoyed my stay in Mercure Hangzhou especially the room amenities, the staff in the lobby was very nice as well and friendly. Although in your breakfast hall I really hate that chef or cook who was so rude and needed to learn the customer service that's why the service star was lowered all in all it was a great experience.

We chose this hotel because it is conveniently located near the railway station and they offer complimentary pick up and drop off. Experience with both were prompt, professional and quick. Communication with staff was amazing. We thought we lost a piece of electronic in the shuttle on the way over but staff were able to quickly track it down and return it safely to us. Additionally they offer robot food delivery which was fun to experience. Breakfast buffet had decent variety before we headed to our next destination. Would recommend Mecure!

Didn’t like this hotel. The restaurant dinner services closed at 5.30pm ???? The staff were friendly but did not speak any English.

This hotel is spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped me to book a restaurant for dinner. I left my phone in the taxi. They helped me to contact the police and help me with what to do. Thanks.
