Hotel mediocre. Elegí la habitación Executive Club, pero la cama era dura y la habitación demasiado calurosa. El salón ejecutivo era normalito, con poca comida y bebida. Incluso la cena buffet del Marriott en el hotel fue mediocre.

Excellent service. The hotel is committed to reducing waste by providing toothbrushes and toothpaste separately. If there’s a need for disposable shaver, we can request for it.

We often stay at this hotel and face no issues but this time was slightly different. However with this said the staff quickly arranged a new room for us in the late hours of the night and provides complimentary fruit and arranged an engineer with the manager to fix our in room phone promptly . It’s great they fixed all the issues quickly and attentively.

Terrible experience. Was supposed to check in at 2pm, arrived at 2.30pm and was told our suite wasn't ready as suite guests are allowed to extend their stay till 4pm. Told reception it's ok, we would tour the city first, but they should make sure our room is clean and ready by the time we get back. Arrived back at 9.30pm and realised to our horror that the room meant for our kids reeked of cigarette smell. This despite us stating in our reservation that we required smoke free treatment and a non-smoking room. It is inconceivable that a renowned chain would allow smoking in a family suite meant for kids. Called hotel and all they did was to spray some air freshener on the curtains. I had to insist on a change of room before they would put air purifier in the rooms. Was almost midnight by the time it was all settled. Horrid management who were quite nonchalant about our entire ordeal.

Came with family of 8. Rooms and toilets are sufficiently big. Breakfast spread at JW Marriott was much better especially the gyoza. Courtyard Momo cafe so so though the fried rice was good. Wifi in the hotel is so poor though. Can download or watch anything except chat on WeChat. Location is not the best though. Have to Didi everywhere.
