開房間比較一般的民宿麻煩，自駕的話找這個銀泰城入口挺費勁，SUV的話需停負三層，負三沒電梯需自己找路去負二，然後自己找電梯上十九樓去辦理入住。。另外因為公寓屬性，還要簽個啥不帶陌生人進房間的協議，明示JC叔叔隨時可能來查房（事實上JC叔叔第二天早上10點多真的來敲門了）。

酒店前台小劉服務非常好，給我們主動升級了投影的房間，房間很大，離地鐵口就100米，地理位置非常好，銀泰城步行街也很熱鬧，和閨蜜定本來定的大床，給我們升級了，還是智能馬桶的，設施很齊全，衞生乾淨，很滿意，必須好評，超讚的！

這次的住宿體驗非常愉快 房間乾淨衞生 物品齊全 牙刷洗臉巾都是一次性的 房間還配備智能馬桶 前台服務熱情 位置還是蠻好找的 在理想銀泰城那邊 樓下還有商場 逛街吃飯好方便的 出行也很方便 樓下就是地鐵站 價格也合理 有問題也能及時解決

以前住過，這次必須給好評，服務態度很好，給我們主動升級了家庭房，早上來的早，給我們免費寄存了行李，還送我們礦泉水，讓我們先下樓逛逛，很感謝！這個公寓酒店地理位置很好，就在銀泰城，前台給我們安排的房間非常乾淨整潔，性價比很高的公寓酒店，下次來還住這裏，好評推薦朋友們入住。

環境好，設施齊全，還有智能馬桶，坐着恆温的，很舒服，酒店樓層高，視野很好，都是大落地窗，前台服務也很好，很細緻，問的問題都解答的很清楚，房間乾淨衞生，一百多的酒店，性價比很高了
