Orange Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake, Wulinmen Metro Station)

Their staff are friendly and helpful for anything. They are willing to help us anything. This hotel gt high tech machine send ur delivery food directly to your door step and even there is machine to auto close room light while your speak in Huazhu. Great hotel I have been staying so far. 10 stars

The room was squeaky clean and very short walk away from the metro ☺️ Toiletries were all provided and replenished daily.

Location was great, just about 3 minutes walk from Wulinmen station, exit A1 and also about 15 minutes walk to west lake. Room was spacious, cosy, clean and shower pressure was great as well. TV was huge (55-65 inch) but a pity it couldn’t allow for cast nor does it have international channels. Not a dealbreaker though. I’d totally stay here again!

Friendly staffs and convenient location to nearby shopping mall

Nice hotel in Hangzhou next to the metro station. It's a bit hidden from the street, and you have to enter through a parking lot next to a restaurant (with good food), but there's a huge sign above the parking lot entrance, so you should be able to find it. Checkin was smooth with english speaking staff and there's a coffee machine in the lobby (tip; if you have breakfast included, the coffee machine in the lobby is a nice alternative if there's a queue for the one in the breakfast area). Speaking about breakfast, it was nice with plenty of options provided, and you could order some things on the spot. If you don't like a warm meal in the morning, they had toast, croissants, fruit and a few cakes as an alternative. The Chinese breakfast was good too, though! I had a windowless room (on purpose, I want my room dark when I sleep) that looks just like the photo's. It's nice and quiet. They have delivery robots if you order food (one stole my elevator here once, it just got in a took off without waiting for me), and there's a convenience store around the corner if you want to get a snack.

Place was great! Nearby metro and food options. Really great facilities with free washing and drying machine for laundry. Everything is orange theme!

Very close to a metro station and smelling of oranges - mostly because the rooms can still reek of cigarettes as in many other hotels around here… Very helpful staff and a good selection of food for breakfast.

Nice hotel, comfortable with all the amenities and very convenient location. Staff was also very helpful with solving any request I had.
