Comfortable and clean, the location is very convenient and nearby West Lake. Highly recommended for those who want to explore Hangzhou attractions

Although we got a room with an interior window (i.e. no view of the outside,) it didn't feel claustrophobic at all. The room itself was spacious and functional. I loved the colour theme and overall cleanliness of the hotel. It was also a smart hotel, where you could order delivery and the hotel sends a smart robot to your room (mad convenient!) There is also a free to use laundry room that has both washer and dryer, as well as a mini gym (2 treadmills, but it's probably better if you head out to run around the west lake). We thoroughly appreciated the service staff - they were all very friendly, always ready to greet and answer any questions we might have. The lobby also has a coffee machine and some tables & chairs, which makes it comfortable to hang around. Location wise, it is a bit of a walk to either subway station but there are shops lining the streets so it definitely made the walk much easier. Alternatively Didi is very reasonably priced so that could be a lazy people's option.

Overall stay was good, except there's a weird smell on the bedsheets. Luckily we brought our own reusable sheets. There are complementary mini oranges, sweets, and tea bags in the room. Complementary coffee at the lobby. Location was good. Recommended.

Location location is good. Very close to West Lake and other tourist spots e.g. Wulin Night market etc. Hotel is new and staffs are friendly & helpful.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely be returning to this hotel again.

我住過的最好的桔子沒有之一，前台熱情做事利落，環境乾淨，而且還安靜，小朋友很喜歡，床品也舒服，光線敞亮，離西湖景區又近，值得推薦，下次來首先，性價比高

 設施：四樓有洗衣房，還有人幫忙烘乾。 環境：房間開門就是橘子的味道很香、各種沐浴液洗髮水洗髮露都很香。 服務：酒店人員的服務非常得好，我是2:00退房的，我跟他説能不能2:10才下來，因為父母想多休息一下，他説也可以，十分人性化。

地理位置很適中，往前可以到達西湖，還有銀泰in77，湖濱商圈。環繞著酒店四周有各式各樣的小店，中山路附近還有很多百年老店，咖啡館，還有當地充滿特式的食店。 酒店服務很到位，能協助解決問題，而且小茶點，咖啡在大堂很充足。洗衣房和健身房設計也很好，十分方便易用。房間裡的擺設和佈局合理、簡潔又好用。床也很舒服呢！就是冷氣的恆温能更準就完美了，因為有點冷😌

因為住的是三人房，面積都合適，就是有一點有些不太好，進入房間前聞到臭味，但入到房間就完全沒有臭味，所以我們沒有要求換房，希望酒店檢查是否水渠有問題。

1.隔音很差，隔壁房間的關門聲、大聲喧嘩的聲音，馬路的車聲喇叭聲都聽得很清楚。最糟糕的是半夜不時會被牆內水管的水流聲吵醒，整夜睡不好！ 2.房內沒有全身鏡也沒有化妝鏡，對於要化妝的人來說不方便。 3.被舖床單有股怪味。

房間非常好，很大，很乾凈，小姐姐小哥哥的態度都很好，離各種吃飯的地方都很近，下次來杭州817的時候還會住這家店!非常適合稻米打卡各種線下!

酒店位置離太湖很靠近 騎自行車去很方便 早餐很豐富 已經短短的一個月內住過兩次了 前台也很有禮貌 幫我延遲退房 洗衣間有3套洗衣和烘乾機 完全沒有擁堵的現象 下次再來杭州玩還會考慮入住這家酒店
