Overall it’s a great stay for me and my family. Check-in and check-out process is hassle free. The lady who helped us check-in is very nice and helpful (sorry I missed her name).
The room is spacious and all room facilities working well.
Location wise it’s near to the bus stop (just in front of the hotel) and the nearest subway station is 800-900 meters away.
Breakfast is delicious and with many options.
Anyway if I were to visit Hangzhou again, I will definitely consider staying here again. Thank you.

One of the best stays in China for me. I highly recommend this hotel. The lobby staff were nice even though some of them can't fully speak english. The annuities were good and comfortable. They helped you with hotel wifi and I was mostly impressed with breakfast. They are warm and delicious 😋. Unfortunately when I was there, there were foggy days but still, the hotel provides the best service.
Ensure to select a bigger room, I booked my smallest but got a free upgrade to the 20th floor, so I was very happy. I'll definitely go back again in the future.

酒店位置非常好，有免費停車場，交通便捷。去景點和火車站都很方便。邊上就是京杭大運河，選中這家店，連住兩天了，真的是一次非常好的入住體驗 。房間衞生乾淨整潔，衞生間採用乾濕分離，特別衞生，洗漱台特別大。床是智能床墊，可以調節軟硬度和温度。酒店從大廳到房間的衞生都特別乾淨，房間大窗的自然光也很舒服，房間隔音也特別好，服務員們都十分禮貌。退房後，有遺留物品，小段主動聯繫的我，很熱情。 往後再來杭州，依然會選擇住這裏！

這次的入住體驗非常好，對我來説性價比很高的四星級酒店了，前台工作人員態度很親切，辦理入住非常高效，小李服務熱情，給我們提供了各種幫助。房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，住起來很放心，床品的舒適度也很高，休息的很好。酒店的地理位置很好，出行方便，還有免費的停車場。酒店設施也很齊全，有自助洗衣房，可以自動烘乾衣服，對於出差的我來説，真的是非常方便啦，還有健身房，來運動運動真的很不錯。我還特別喜歡這裏的早餐，不僅種類非常豐富，而且味道很不錯。下次來杭州還會選擇這裏。推薦給大家。

一進大堂，就能聞到一股香氣，讓人心情愉快。還提供免費的飲品和休息地方，前台小李非常熱情，辦理入住效率也很高，還特別安排了一個安靜的房間，推開窗還能看到京杭大運河。房間內設施設備都很智能，燈光根據個人需求可以調節不同的亮度，窗簾也有自動開關，解放了雙手。衣櫃空間夠用，設計的掛衣區也很人性化。夜晚還可以去大運河散步，感覺運河千年風光的獨特魅力。房間整潔乾淨，衣櫃空間也夠用。酒店配套設施齊全，有健身房，洗衣房，特別值得一提的是這裏的早餐，不僅乾淨衞生，而且種類豐富。下次來杭州還住這家酒店！

這是一家非常值得推薦的酒店！前台接待的工作人員小李非常熱情，入住辦理高效快捷。房間的佈局合理，裏面不僅乾淨整潔而且很温馨。衞生間設施一應俱全，讓人很有安全感。酒店的早餐不僅種類豐富，還乾淨衞生。特別是麪食做的很不錯。推薦一定要去試試。酒店配套設施很齊全，有洗衣房，有健身房。酒店的交通便利，周邊環境宜人，出門3分鐘就能到京杭大運河，可以很好的感受到杭州的人文氣息。總體而言，這次入住讓我感到非常愉快和舒適，是一次難得的美好體驗。感謝酒店全體員工的用心服務，下次再來這裏將是我的首選！

這家酒店房間整潔寬大，配套設施齊全。酒店臨近京杭大運河，就在運河邊上。酒店大廳還貼心準備了熱茶-紅糖薑茶，還有免費的咖啡，整體酒店性價比還是很高的，下次還會選擇。客房打掃得很乾凈，酒店工作人員小張服務態度很好！辦理入住很快，酒店設施很好，15樓配有自助的洗衣機和健身房。早餐在頂樓，用餐環境不錯，種類豐富。酒店房間很新，房間在大廈高層，視野開闊，緊靠運河，晚上還可以去運河邊走走，很方便。下次來杭州還會住這裏，也會推薦朋友來住。

近運河的一家店，酒店位置很好找，位置在路邊，可以很容易找到。酒店可以免費停車，是地面的停車場。非常方便。酒店附近不用過馬路，就能有吃東西的地方。也很方便。這次是和孩子一起來旅行的，工作人員小蘭看我有小朋友，主動給我們增加了小童的洗漱用品和拖鞋，服務很貼心，還很細緻，一到房間就給送了小童拖鞋，還給我們準備了歡迎水果。酒店的衞生很乾凈，另衞生間採用乾濕分離，很衞生。床很舒適，毛巾類用起來挺舒服的。酒店的自助早餐挺好，食材豐富，小朋友愛吃的甜的也挺多的。
