選擇住在峯峯是個明智的決定。以往的礦區沒想到是滿目綠意盎然，繁花似錦的。房間空間適中，非常乾淨，衞生間因為乾濕分離略顯侷促，但也夠了，勝在整潔。服務人員意識很到位，十分親切。餐廳用餐方便好吃價格適宜。早餐品種豐富。對了，床有點硬，但莫名睡得很好。庭院是一大亮點，很出片！停車方便，對面就是峯峯博物館，路程非常開心！感謝酒店的工作人員，特別是餐廳的紫薇姑娘和兩位大姐，令人真正有賓至如歸的感覺。然後如果可以升級房間就更好了😂

設施：齊全，而且房間比較寬敞。房間內床非常舒服，枕頭也有矮的不會讓頸部太累；被子也不是很厚重；拖鞋也是很柔軟的，雖然有一點點掉毛，但不妨礙我們對它的喜歡；酒店有游泳池，忘了帶泳衣就沒體驗，但晚上從房間能看到泳池，很漂亮；房間內加濕器和小鐘表很有細節感。地下車庫就在酒店大門旁邊，車位特別充足，而且上樓的電梯也很多，免費出入，也不用兑換停車券，這點很多五星酒店都不能如此方便！非常好！唯一缺點就是隔音不太好，隔壁開了一晚上的電視沒關，我們一直能聽到，有點影響休息，如果能有隔音牆就好了
衞生：整體感覺很乾凈，也沒有異味，可能是北方比較乾燥，樓道內、衞生間裏這些細節都很好
環境：整個建築有點園林風，在峯峯礦區裏真是讓人覺得賞心悦目。走路過對面即是峯峯博物館，沿途驅車8分鐘新義公路雕塑，步行十幾分鐘有公園，真沒想到在這兒能住這麼好的酒店！離響堂山石窟也就二十多分鐘的車程，很方便呢
服務：入住前一天酒店就致電詢問入住時間，非常貼心。看到有孩子，主動送上孩子的拖鞋和洗護用品，這點讓娃很開心；就連樓道里的保潔員都很有禮貌的打招呼，這點不難看出平時酒店管理很好

入住體驗非常好。有自家的地下停車場，房間整潔舒適。接觸的每一個服務人員都很貼心。晚上很晚了找客房服務人員，很耐心的給解決了問題，還説有問題隨時打電話找她們，讓人很舒心。早餐太值得點讚了，品種豐富。特別是早安河北早點檔口的很多當地特色小吃，品嚐了煎餅、黃米糕都非常好吃。還要特別感謝餐廳門口的服務員，得知我們出來吃早餐時不小心把房卡鎖在房間裏，還主動幫我們打電話找客房人員幫我們開門。總之，這次入住非常令人難忘！如果有機會再路過，還會首選這家酒店。

這家酒店真的讓我挺滿意，酒店位置便利，周邊有好幾個公園及旅遊景點，酒店花園景色很好，服務態度也非常好，出差住有一個舒適的休息環境，心情也舒暢，值得推薦

1.酒店前台和客服服務人員服務專業，熱情周到。由於自己訂錯房型，和前台溝通後，幫忙升級了房間。2.客服有入住的免費水果和餅乾等。3.酒店早餐品類多，同時，有現磨咖啡，餐品口味不錯。4.酒店設施新，房間配有加濕器。5.酒店14：00退房，很方便。6.酒店對面就是峯峯博物館，出行方便。7.酒店提供免費停車場。值得推薦！

房型沒有特別 酒店常規型 個人感受：服務和旅遊城市發展需要有差距：
一、前台接待：
1.前台沒有入住後到達房間引導介紹
2.沒有早餐時間及餐廳位置告知
3.對於不熟悉酒店入住辦理的客人來説 還應該介紹酒店Wi-Fi查找使用方法、房間水吧消費項目告知
二、早餐服務：餐廳幾乎沒有管理流程
1.早餐很多餐品用光後沒有服務人員彙報和補充 很多客人沒東西可吃
2.很多客人衹能找主食檔口的廚師反饋添加餐品 但是反饋後半小時沒有解決
3.咖啡機的鮮奶是盛在茶杯裏？一茶杯牛奶 能給兩個客人提供拿鐵按鍵的咖啡 是讓每個第三位客人找服務員説一遍？
8:37分到餐廳 很多餐品都沒有了 一直到我們9:05分離開 餐品狀態如圖 期間還有客人在不斷提出添加請求 希望酒店調整 保證客人早餐供應 能給出行的人提供便利和一份舒心
酒店有安排服務人員致歉 感謝對客人反饋的回覆 但是 客人需要的不是歉意 便利出行 心情愉悦才是出行的價值所在

房間乾淨整潔舒適，設備一切都很不錯，為了去響堂山石窟二定的，停車免費，緊挨着峯峯博物館，清明節人也不是很多，景點和酒店都值得推薦。
