"Reserved a room. Was told to check-in by 5pm. Got there at 3pm. Note on the door says, "returning at 2:15." Called the phone number listed on the door and left multiple messages. They never called us back. And now they're refusing to refund us and we have no place to stay. FIND ANYWHERE ELSE TO STAY."

"tge window had no blinds i had to rake the pillow case off to cover the street side window, the other window with the ac window unit yhe curtain kept covering it, I tried pulling it back nothing helped because it was very long, the other window in livingroom the blinds were all falling down. the noise was horrible 2 guys outside my window almost fist fighting and the room upstairs became a stomping ground/ bowling alley it sounded like at 11pm , the bed was comfy that was the only plus. never wasting my money here again"
