"Ocean View Terrace Inn is a very aesthetic, well cared for boutique motel. My family and I spent the weekend there and were very impressed by the location, amenities, and overall experience. The location itself is right off the highway, but it isn't loud. It's quite peaceful and quiet literally overlooking the water. There are bunnies and hammocks on the grounds and it is serene. The private beach is small but maintained with chaise longues, umbrellas, and even kayaks. The pool is well-tended to, and the grounds have beautiful, colorful flowers. The room itself is clean and well-designed (it has a lovely rain-water showerhead, and the bathrooms are brand new!). It's clear that the owners take great pride in the property (they have a great deal of material on the property's history; it's a family business passed down, and the current generation is doing so much for the hotel!). I personally did not love that we had an adjoining room, but it wasn't a problem. Continental breakfast is included with a vast variety of thoughtful healthy options. The staff were lovely and helpful with their suggestions, and we were able to get a local beach pass to have an excellent beach day. I highly recommend this location to support a lovely family business, especially if you are interested in a seamless family vacation!"

"My friend and I wanted to visit the Hamptons for a long weekend this summer. It was a last minute trip, and I wasn't expecting to find a lot of availability. But Bay Watch Hotel and Marina came to the rescue. Our standard room was ready when we arrived - was nice and air conditioned and had a full kitchenette with everything we might need (including microwave and mini-fridge). The staff was friendly and helpful, and always around if we needed something. The pool was amazing! I was expecting it to be crowded, considering it was peak time in the summer, but it was quiet and peaceful. The hotel room and grounds were clean and well-kept. I especially liked the string lights all around at night. Parking was plentiful and location was ideal, right near the beaches and not far from Southhampton. The whole experience was relaxing and hassle-free - exactly what we needed. I will be back!"

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE -The word "hotel" does not describe this place accurately. It is a very expensive airbnb with no customer service. It took 4 days to even get a hold of someone when I made my initial reservation so I should have not gone but it is the summer in the Hamptons so I was hoping they were just very busy. I was supposed to stay for 3 weeks. I received a code on move in day and when I got to the unit, the heat was on and the AC was off and it was about 95 degrees in the small space and already 90 outside. it was so hot that we could not breathe and it was actually cooler outside. I tried calling the hotel number of which the answering machine stated that their hours are only 11 am - 7pm. I left a message and could not get a hold of anyone for over 3 days!! Beyond ridiculous. There was an emergency number listed but that was the same exact number as the customer service and no one picked up for days or even called back. I called many times a day trying to get a hold of anyone so I could finally check in, yet it took over THREE days to actually speak to someone. So I could not check in for 3 days and was still charged for those days. I spoke with the manager who apologized profusely, stating that they just bought the hotel a few months ago and stated he would give me a refund, which i NEVER received. I shorten my stay by a week and was only given credit back for that cancelled week due to the horrific service. There were also ants everywhere and no one to call to spray. I tried to contact the manager and customer service but that again took ANOTHER 4 days and no results. I was lied to about crediting me for my 3 days of not even being able to being able to there becuase the housekeeper left the heat on and not the AC. There was a woman whom I finally met after a week who was beyone rude and could care less about my experience. She actually took a tone with me and was just the opposite of customer service. I just cannot believe how poorly run this place is and I was told this was their first year opening. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone."

"Le doy cinco estrellas a la hostia (Donna) que era hermosa y básicamente nos dio una gama libre para snacks, agua, los frigoríficos e incluso ofrecía grillar un hamburguesa para mí. También para la ubicación que es una de las playas más bonitas de todo el tiempo y es literalmente pasos del dormitorio. La mejor noche que he tenido que asentarme en el dormitorio y pasar una hora en la playa tarde a la noche - nadie allí y sorprendente. la ubicación no puede ser derrotado - usted está en una cuna de tierra con la bahía en un lado y el océano en el otro y justo cerca Quogue, Westhampton y Hampton Bays - He cenado en Westhampton, que es un paseo de 10 minutos. También me he ido a 22 millas de bicicleta hacia abajo y de vuelta al parque que es oeste, pero también este es un paseo escenario.
