Ich habe beruflich in dem Hotel übernachtet. Der Check in war sehr unfreundlich, kein Blickkontakt geschweige ein Lächeln. Sehr sehr kleine Zimmer die in die Jahre gekommen sind. Das Kopfkissen war klumpig, was mich nicht gut schlafen ließ. Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch, auch dort gab es kein freundliches Wort oder gar Lächeln von den Mitarbeitern. Da es sauber war 2 Sterne! für 99€ die Nacht gibt es sehr viel bessere Hotels in HH

Die Einrichtung ist alt,aber gute Qualität,hat was.Das Frühstücken war für den Preis auch ordentlich.Die Geräusche der U Bahn waren für uns nicht störend.Die Matratzen sorgten für einen guten Schlaf .Direkt am Busbahnhof gelegen,sauber und ordentlich,freundlicher Service.werden wir wieder buchen

Check in hat sehr lange gedauert. Die Dame war gründlich, der Herr war aber sehr unfreundlich. Und ich musste doppelt zahlen. Einmal online auf *******, dann noch mal vor Ort. Hatte Stress das Geld wiederzubekommen

Ok værelser. Morgenmad også godt for så billigt et hotel. Ret slidte og støvede værelser, men de havde tørret af inden besøget. Overordnet et fint hotel for pengene.

I stayed in "Alte Wache" hotel 2 nights for working reasons, arriving by taxi from the apt. The kindness, courtesy and service efficiency of the gentleman and the lady at the reception deserve a top rate. They both are a great example of care and warm hospitality, making every guest feel really welcomed. The lobby is nice in its old fashion style, the double room is spacious, perfectly clean and silent; breakfast was very good, and much better than some 4stars hotel: the tea blend selections very appreciated and the fresh flower on the tables a lovely, precious gift!! 2 small suggestions: 1) the morning waitress should be a little bit more smilying; 2) do not accomodate a person alone in a dinner table for 6. The hotel is also extremely close to city center (walking distance), so I really reccomend it!!

Very out of date decor in the room. Mzmy single room was ok but very basic and not nice as such. Breakfast also very basic. If i wouldnt eat egg as a vegetarian and cheese i could have only had jam..
My pillow was lumpy. When exchanged the one i was given turned out to be another blanket.
