La experiencia fue muy buena, el lugar es hermoso.
Pero, falta un gimnasio dentro del hotel, no como vecino. Y es muy importante que tomen en cuenta que los enchufes estén a la mano y a la vista.
No estaría mal una cafetería con cosas que se puedan comprar y subir al cuarto (sándwiches, agua, refrescos), más que el refri con servibar

Very cool hotel with excellent service. Beds were quite comfortable, but the sheets were a tad bit too scratchy for me (didn't bother my other family members however). It did not matter that this hotel was out of the city centre as Hamburg is so sprawling. It only took us 15 minutes to get into town. It's a little harder to find than the picture suggests, even with a GPS. We entered from the back and had to drive around a parking lot and through some random buildings to get to it, but it was worth the little bit of confusion to get there. Beautiful pool table and very quiet. We were a family of four adults, so we had two rooms that were quite reasonably priced for Europe. Very clean. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

Great hotel , rooms spacious and stylish, restaurant excellent , staff very warm and welcoming. We stayed here as we were having a long weekend in Hamburg focused primarily on a concert in the Volksparkstadion. We thought it was the best located for it, and we were able to walk back from it to the hotel , circa 45 mins . Hotel has a really nice vibe to it, would not hesitate in using it again.

A high end, quirky hotel, that is certainly different, good location not far from bus or train. Didn't have breakfast, thought it was very expensive, did have lunch, again expensive for chicken burger and chips which was nothing special. There are plenty of places for breakfast or lunch near by. Rooms were big and very comfortable, staff very friendly. Would certainly use the hotel again when visiting Hamburg.

Such a fantastic hotel. Staff so friendly. Rooms so modern and of a great size. Good location for train station and getting around the area/ to airport.
Multi purpose hotel - ideal for business/ conferences but also for a family trip.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Lovely comfy rooms, FANTASTIC breakfast and a great cosy type room to host business visitors. Has a supermarket and a selection of shops five min walking distance which is very useful.

Rented a junior suite, with a lot of space. The room is VERY big, comfort is on top, people are friendly and professional. The only weak point : no air conditioning in my room, but I knew it before checking in. Hotel easy to reach : S1 station is not very far, and there are many bus lines close to the hotel.

First of all, like all of Design Hotels, this hotel is a piece of art. Rebuilt from an industrial building, it‘s very interestingly repurposed and just a very nice place to be. There are plenty of things that guests can enjoy, an art room, a billiard, a bar and a restaurant, a day spa. Usually, I wouldn‘t spend too much time in the hotel itself, but since we were celebrating a special occasion, this all came in handy. The staff is very friendly, too, and even though the hotel is not located in the city center directly, thanks to the S1/S11 and the Bus 2, all major attractions as well as the central station and the airport are easily reachable.
