Radisson Blu Hotel, Hamburg

I usually try not to give bad reviews, but I got really disappointed with Radisson Blu Hamburg. The not very good experience; • first thing I noticed was the cigarette smell in reception; • huge queue of people wanting to check in, but only two people were in reception; • front desk guy with whom I checked in could not speak English, which made the interaction very difficult (check-in time took 15min); • I booked one room away from elevator, but ended up receiving one right next to it, I then talked to staff, which did not help because I got downgraded to a tinier room; • room not sound-proof, hence could not have one good rest during the night (particularly because you can repeatedly hear the elevator) • finally, very cheap soap, no different from that offered by RADISSON PRIZE. The good; • the staff working during breakfast time was quite friendly; • buffet was decent, nothing fancy, which kind of disappointed me given the price they charge; • room tidy with coffee & tea • unmatched location, right next to train & bus • complimentary bottle of water.

It was reallllyyy comfyyyy!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are delighted here as for business trip and definitely back here

The location stands out the most. The connectivity and the view are amazing.

Giving this 1 star as I’m still waiting for my invoice which despite asking 6 times I still have not been emailed as promised

perfect location for travel nybtrain, bus or taxi ,right next to planten bloomen miles of tranquil green space

Convenient location but inexperienced and indifferent services, surprised to know almost charging more than half day cost for early check-in that normal practice for many frequent travelers.

Clean, and nice

we hold my partner's birthday there. It was really great. I spent nice nights in the hotel. Totally clean with high facilities. The receptionist and guard and bell boys were all friendly and good-looking. Generally great!
