Friendly staffs and nice onsen. Good food both breakfast and Kaiseiki for dinner. Self service welcome drink so good!!! Perfect location after a full tour day.

Great river view from our room! Traditional Japanese music and dance performance by geisha professionals during dinner time, which was a great experience. We will definitely stay here next time.

The dinner was really bad: -beef is fully cooked and texture is tough - cooked crab is smelly - grilled fish is hard and does not have taste Also, my room has 3 huge problems -the water in the shower area cause flood - there is a big spider found in the room. - air condition in living room is noisy The worst part is I sent my complaint to the hotel for 2 weeks, there are no respond.

Good location. Nice big room with comfortable beds and pillows. Room was very clean. Great sauna bath area. Great customer service. Staff very helpful.

The services is amazing and friendly. There are staff who could speak and read English and willing to answer our query. I ask for safeguard my buggage when I already check out the hotel, but the hotel also willing to do it. Even more, there are some existing broken part in my baggage (which is not related to hotel), but the hotel noticed it and help using tape to reinforce the broken part for my baggage. Such services is out of my expectation, I have to give credit for the amazing service👍🏿

Short walk from train station and shopping street, hence super convenient. There is a nice soba place just outside the hotel.

是一家比較有歷史的温泉酒店，雖然設施比較老，但是能看得出來是在用心打理和做維護，房間裏應有盡有，酒店服務人員都非常好， 大浴場也非常乾淨，温泉♨️很舒服，用品齊全，吹風機還配了戴森。 最後，早餐值得推薦，非常豐富，棒

和式房間，很寬敞，設施完善。温泉乾淨。 最好的是我訂的晚餐和早餐，有專人服侍我們用餐，在自己房間，特別有日本味道，食物豐盛，精緻，吃完收拾完還把睡覺的床鋪好

帶媽媽出行選擇了大一點的房間，當然也是因為它是假面飯店的取景地，酒店很老了，但是位置很方便，酒店門口就是可以去機場的大巴，超級方便，酒店服務人員很和善，附近很多吃的。非常推薦。

非常棒的日式酒店，温泉街和商店街交匯的路口。交通很方便。房間很大，很乾凈。晚餐和早餐都很精緻，口味不錯，量看上去不多，但一道道上竟然也吃撐了。

訂的2晚和洋式雙床房加半食宿套餐。餐食還不錯，葷素搭配，營養均衡，第一晚有海蝦第二晚有長腳蟹，分量非常管飽，偶爾飽到吃不下哈哈。餐廳工作人員會在前一天晚餐時一一確認第二天的早餐用餐時間和是否需要打掃房間。很意外有一位中國老鄉服務員，服務熱情周到。其中一晚的晚餐時有配藝伎的歌舞三絃琴演出。 房間很滿意，雖然看得出是一家有點年頭的酒店，但設施都維護的不錯，其中床品感覺是比較新的。房間在頂層，景色視野不錯。房間內有私湯池，去公共浴場也非常方便。 交通位置真的很好，從箱根湯本站出來走5分鐘就到，酒店門口也有巴士站。箱根的巴士經常晚點不準時，而電車基本都準時。
