Una muy buena estancia de ocio. He estado en Hakone muchas veces. Esta vez el hotel está justo al lado del lago. Me sorprende mucho que el hotel tenga tres autobuses que salen a la estación de Odawara todos los días. 40 minutos. Además, el hotel dispone de un minibús circular gratuito cada hora hasta el muelle de Hakone y otros lugares, lo que hace que sea cómodo viajar incluso si no conduce solo. La decoración del hotel es realmente antigua, afortunadamente el mantenimiento y el servicio son buenos. La cena buffet no tiene muchas variedades, pero cada plato es delicioso. El desayuno del día siguiente se cambió a comida japonesa, con vistas al lago. Aguas termales ♨️ tan hermosas para sumergirse

Si tienes dinero extra, esta podría ser una buena forma de darte un capricho. Sin embargo, una advertencia: si llegas a la estación de tren de Odawara, solo puedes llegar al hotel con el autobús. Los taxis no te llevan. Y el autobús no te lleva a menos que hayas reservado con antelación. Nadie me avisó de esto. Había leído en internet que hay un tren de conexión cerca del hotel, pero tampoco es cierto. Llegué durante una tormenta de nieve y hielo y esperé más de tres horas antes de que me llevaran al hotel. El conductor del autobús no me dejó subir. Llamé a recepción tres o cuatro veces, pero no me ayudaron mucho. Supongo que es por la barrera del idioma. Tenían buena intención. Pero en cualquier caso, si reservar el autobús es la única forma de acceder a un hotel remoto en la cima de una montaña, es muy importante asegurarse de que tus huéspedes lo entiendan. Una vez que llegué, debo admitir que la habitación era preciosa. La cena buffet fue fantástica, pero no estaba incluida en el precio de la habitación; fue un poco decepcionante, ya que la habitación ya es muy cara. Hay muchos gastos adicionales, así que ten cuidado. Recibí un masaje buenísimo en mi habitación. El onsen de aguas termales era muy agradable y gratuito (incluido en el precio de la habitación). El desayuno de la mañana siguiente también estaba incluido en el precio de la habitación. Sin embargo, el bar del hotel estaba cerrado. No tuve mucha oportunidad de socializar ni conocer gente. A la mañana siguiente fui a ver el lago, que estaba precioso con la nieve. Comparto fotos. No tuve tiempo de ver mucho más porque tenía que volver al autobús a las 10:30 para coger el siguiente tren. Supongo que si no hubiera habido una tormenta de hielo, habría explorado más los alrededores y lo habría apreciado.

A beautiful hotel sited beside a nice lake. Very good view and it has a nice public onsen. Service is good, food is good and nice big soft beds. The only bad thing is that it is very far from the major town. You have to drive out for food. Once you buy your snacks and drinks in advance, then it will be all good.

It has very good view of the lake and we can see mt Fuji, strongly recommend!

Go if you want privacy with onsens, with a view of sorts, though not exactly breathtaking. It is an old building, dated room design, old bathtub, even the coffee cup looks old. Asked for a room with lake view, but got one with a tree branches view. But the staff were very attentive and helpful.

The location of the hotel is beautiful with lake ashi front. Certain room had a Mt fuji view. The only setback the location is far front convenient store but they have onsen in the hotel.

A great place to relax and a stop to travel for Mount Fuji Five Lakes. As we travel by rent vehicle, it is another isolating place from urban to feel the beauty of nature. The outdoor hot spring is the best corner of the hotel. Meanwhile, the Japanese breakfast is definitely one of the best in our 6 days trip.

It’s a very nice hotel, peace of mind. Very polite & passionate staff. Nearby Lake Ashi, great scenery if lucky you can see Mt Fuji.

Prince Hakone was amazing, it had a great view right outside the hotel.

The soundproofing effect of this hotel is very good and the room was very quiet, which allowed me to have a good rest. The service attitude of the hotel staff was very good, warm and thoughtful, and made me feel very welcome. The location of the hotel is also very good, with convenient transportation and many attractions and restaurants nearby. All in all, I like this hotel very much and highly recommend it!

Beautiful location near the lake. Perfect view of Mount Fuji on a clear day. Onsen experience was great. Very close by distance to ropeway/pirate ship activities.

Excellent location. Decorated style is a bit old but well maintained.
