The breakfast was wonderful, and they even offered a complimentary ramen supper from 10pm onwards. The location isn’t ideal, as it’s about 1 km from the morning market. Overall, considering the room rate, there’s really nothing to complain about.

Everything is good. The location is great near family mart. Just 5mins walk and 15 mins walk to market and train station

About 10mins walk from Hakodate Station, a bit quiet. Good breakfast and Good experience.

Pros: The twin room was roomy, provided the welcome drink with lots of choices (coffee, coke, soda, and wine) and even free ramen between 22:00-24:00. Staff in front desk was friendly . Cons: at least 10 mins walk to Hakodate station. I ordered non smoking room but still had unpleasant smell (luckily, window can be opened）and the room was not so clean at all.

Free salted ramen supper. Location is not extremely prime but a short walk from the fish market. Room looks a bit dated but otherwise ok. Reasonably priced

Positives: Free bike rentals, free karaoke room, free ping pong, free manga library, free soft drinks and free alcohol (Sochu and whiskey). Night time free ramen. Breakfast was good. Negatives: room a bit old, wifi was really bad (if you ask, front desk will give you a wifi extender, which will make it usable), around 12-14min walk from JR Hakodate The positives way outweigh the negatives. Would stay again 10/10, recommend just borrowing a bike and ride all around Hakodate and to get food

It’s a very quiet area, hotel wise is quite dated but amenities is sufficient. Good thing about this is that there is free parking and they serve free ramen after 10pm to 12am.

Very enjoyable stay. Room was comfortable but slightly dated. Enjoyed the complimentary supper of shio ramen. In a relatively quiet neighbourhood but walkable distance to JR Hakodate.

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Overall we are happy with the service provided and cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast provided was excellent too.

Affordable hotel. Conveneint location. The nearby tram connects you to many places of interest around the city. You can take the airport transfer bus to this hotel with affordable fares to New Chitose Airport (13,000 yen). Reasonably good breakfast and very simple noodle supper provided for guests. Overall, the hotel offers great value for its price. Approx 1km walk to fish market and Hakodate JR station.

We had a pleasant 4 days stay. The hotel is unique and old. The room was spacious! The biggest we've stayed in so far in Japan! The staff were very kind and helpful :) We had a sea view from our window.

The location is far away from the city center. The facility is a bit old but the front desk is very helpful

Hotel amenities for guests are great.. also with free welcome drink etc.. Overall was satisfy with the stay. Walking distance about 15min to JR Hakodate Station and 5min to Tram. Convenience stores nearby too.
