Not too far from JR hakodate station and tram station (hakodate ekimae). You can walk to morning market. There are Lawson and 7/11 around. You can leave the baggage at hotel after checkout.

Perfect location surrounded by minimarts, restaurants and seafood markets, the main train and bus stations are just few minutes walk away. As a solo traveler, the room is spacious and comfortable enough. While there’s no daily cleaning service, only towels are provided, it’s adequate for my two-night stay. The staffs are courteous and professional. The hotel offers a beverage counter with free coffee and soda, which is a real plus!

Great location and decent room size, but staff were not very helpful. I made a reservation at a restaurant via google, but then I found that this restaurant has several locations and I made the reservation at a wrong location.The only way to cancel the reservation was to call the restaurant. Since most people in Hakodate could not understand English, I seeked help from the hotel staff and asked them to make a call and cancel the reservation on my behalf. However, the staff refused

It's very close to both the Hakodate City Tram Hakodate Ekimae stop and JR Hakodate Station. From the room window, you can see Hakodate Morning Market and the Mashu Maru ferry in the distance. There's a comfortable space on the first floor where you can relax with a drink, and a free fitness area available on the second floor. I think this hotel is excellent in every aspect, and I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Hakodate.

The location is good, very near to Hakkodate JR Station and Morning Market. The room is quite small but it is the Japan standard. The hotel provides a rest area with free coffee, tea and drinks, but no foods are allowed.

Hotel is very conveniently located and front desk staff is polite and professional. Room is considered of acceptable size considering Japanes standards.

Location: Less than 10mins walk from JR Hakodate station. Attractions: Mt Hakodate ropeway and historical Machimoto area accessible by a short tram ride. Tram station less than 5 mins walk in front of hotel.

I loved my stay here. It was so comfortable, and the staff were lovely. We had a lot of fun in the games room playing pool and mini golf; the breakfasts are incredible; and the hotel even has their own podcast!

This hotel is a little old, but it's clean and conveniently located near the Hakodate train and bus stations. The tram stop is just a minute's walk away. It is also within waiting distance to the Hakodate morning market, a host of eateries and a huge Maxvalue supermarket. If you choose to, you can walk to the Red bricks warehouses, as well as the Motomachi area, or simply ride the tram for just a couple of stops. This hotel also provides tea, soft drinks and coffee made from freshly brown coffee beans. The only downside is the lack of elevator card reader for more secure access to rooms. Overall it's still a great hotel.

Located 10-15 minutes from JR Hakodate Station, with 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and Lawson convenience stores nearby. Close to the morning market, city tram stops and attractions.The building is aged but well-maintained. Rooms are cozy and comfortable, offering nice sea views, though the pillows are a bit flat. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, a great value for the price.

Clean rooms with essential amenities. Hot water from the tap seems a bit chalky but the non hot water is clear. Short walk from Hakodate station (5-10min).

The hotel is nice. Free complimentary drinks and sodas in the lobby. We love it and it is very close to the JR station and tram station as well.

No USB ports in the room shows that this hotel is dated. Poor design makes the room space inefficient.  Redeeming Factors: Location is good, many nice spots in the hotel to gather in groups. Fun sports area.
