Nice location next to the Hakodate market. Walking distance to most of the attractions around Hakodate city. Hotel is also pretty new and car park is provided at 1000 yen a day

Location is great. Just next to the morning market. I rented a car at Hakodate, so not sure about accessibility by public transport. Car park fee was 1000yen for 24hr, with multiple entries and exits. Room was nice and clean but a little small for family of 4. We had to squeeze on 3 beds. Breakfast was nice but nothing special.

Great location. Great amenities. Provides a lot of toiletries in small packs ! Coffee capsule machine in room too! However the cleaner throw away my ear plug! Thye must have thought it’s thrash but it’s important to me.

Book a one day stay, with a small double bed. The bed was indeed small and not double at all. Lucky is only for the night. Overall is good. Very accessible to all things. Near to JR station. 25min walk to the Hakodateyama ropeway up to see the amazing view of the town.

Superb location and I really enjoyed the buffet. Not much to say about the service from front desk. The room is slightly bigger than what u get in Tokyo for the price. I don't mind staying again.

Good position and good foods.

Very impressive and memorable experience at the hotel. Both sides have wonderful views, and the facilities are newly furnished. Special thanks to Mr Sato for his wonderful and welcoming services to solve some little issues. A plus is the morning buffet. Only 2000 yen per person and you can get unlimited roe and other fresh seafood (much cheaper than the morning market nearby).

The location is the best! Just a walk across Hakodate station. Very convenient, especially during snowy season when carrying a big luggage can be more difficult. A lot of amenities is available to take at the lobby, including a face mask! We got a high-floor room with spectacular view. We did enjoy the stay even just one night.

The location is great, staff can speak decent English, service hot drink to fight the cold was great.

The hotel looks new and very convenient as it is next to the seafood market. Lots of eateries around the area with a nice view of outside

Short walk from train station. Cosy room and bathroom but enough space for short stay. Nice view of station and town. Friendly service from staff.

It was snowing when i was there, very nice street view from the hotel window. There is free coffee from 1pm to 7pm, there is also a side sheltered walk path near the hotel entrance linked to a small indoor shopping plaza that sells goodies and souvenirs. Famous & yummy Lucky Pierrot Burger that you MUST TRY and the Hakodate morning market very near the hotel. I love Hakodate ❤️.

All the services are good The location of the hotel is close to the market and around 15 mins away from the destination So good
