It’s great hotel to stay, clean and new. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Ms. Wang, Yufen at breakfast buffet is extremely helpful.

So far I think this is the best hotel to stay in Haining. It’s in the biggest building in Haining I think and in terms of location is very convenient if you are especially on a business trip. Also, there is a small convenient store next to it. Also the staff is very eager to help you:)

想去南北湖爬山，最後還是選了這家酒店，應該是海寧最高的酒店了。特別感謝大堂副理劉思，一直很周到，幫忙加了被子，升級了房間，酒店看出去景色也很贊👍
酒店的服務總體都不錯，服務熱情，去古街大概十幾分鍾，去南北湖大概40分鐘，回來還去了酒店贈送的萌萌噠樂園，然後酒店還有游泳池，小朋友玩得非常開心！下次還住這裏

五一假期自駕來海寧遊玩，路上預訂了這家店，一會管家小何（後來知道叫：何仲艷”😊）就聯繫了我並加了微信，幫忙錄入了車牌號，看我們有小朋友還申請了免費早餐券，同時給免費升級了行政雙床房，很貼心，值得表揚。酒店位置很不錯，可能是假期的緣故，人超級多，早上吃早飯都要排隊，早餐中規中矩。PS，早餐廳沈明芬阿姨看我們有孩子，貼心的給安排了位置，還贈送了毛絨玩具。

第一次來海寧選擇了老牌五星開元酒店，硬件可以，房間不小，窗外風景不錯。酒店管家服務蠻好，尤其是叫“王翠”的姑娘，很貼心地幫我們升級了房間。自助早餐品種不少，味道🉑️。酒店還有貼心小點心贈送。健身房，游泳池看着都很乾凈很不錯。小朋友還在泳池玩了會兒水，開心😃
