位置還可以，距離市人民醫院、騎樓老街和世紀公園都不遠，房間乾濕分離，比較方便，住宿安靜，乾淨整潔，早餐味道不錯，門前有自家停車位，如果管理好停20輛小汽車應該沒問題，但服務並不像之前我在攜程上看到的那樣好，一般吧，沒有表現出多耐心細緻主動，我早晨八點就交了房卡並告知退房離開，但下午酒店還給我打電話問何時退房，這管理不咋地。訂房下單時有權益兑換早餐，我填兩份，以為每天兩份，那我住兩晚就自動是四份，但我理解錯了，不知是我笨還是條款誤導住客，酒店拒絕擔責，最後攜程補給我56元解決，攜程挺有擔當，酒店不夠大氣，56元並不多，但給我的體驗不太好

From day one, he took great care of our family, helping us find the best restaurants and even calling to make reservations for us. This was our first time in China, and since we don’t speak Chinese, getting a taxi or ordering food was quite challenging. Howard made everything so much easier for us! The room was incredible—spotlessly clean, with super comfortable bedding and even a TV built into the bathroom mirror! We stayed on the 28th floor, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was fantastic! If you’re new to Chinese cuisine, this is the perfect place to start. The variety was amazing—delicious dim sum, noodle soup, Chinese-style fried eggs (a must-try!), flavorful Chinese soups, and so much more. The location is excellent. Situated in the CBD, you can easily walk to several shopping malls and cafés. Just step out of the hotel lobby, and within 200 meters, you’ll find great spots like the Chinese tea café CHANGEE. Overall, we had an amazing experience, thanks to the warm hospitality, luxurious rooms, and prime location. Highly recommend Sofitel Haikou for anyone visiting the city!

AAlisaLAmazing location in a scenic area, couple of minutes walking to Volcanic Hot Springs, where you can spend the whole day enjoying relaxing baths. The staff is great, very welcoming, friendly and hospitable, Mary was very nice. It was my husband’s birthday, so we got a free room upgrade and a cake, that was really lovely. Breakfast has both European and Chinese options, so we could treat ourselves to a nice English breakfast and fresh pastries. Would love to come again!

It is also very convenient hailing the cab and there is a public bus station nearby, incase one needs to use the public bus. Hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. I will sure come back to this hotel if there is need to book a hotel in Haikou in the near future.

Ccoco nutellaHotel was very near the train station so it’s very convenient. Do note there’s no lift so you’ll have to climb the stairs up the room. There’s also a musty smell. Wanted to watch shows on the projector but you need to pay. Overall still a decent stay considering the price.

研研修丸Las aguas termales, uno de los atractivos de este hotel, eran simplemente increíbles. Las aguas termales alcalinas (pH 8,9) dejaron mi piel increíblemente suave. Aunque hay habitaciones más económicas solo con ducha, sin duda recomiendo reservar una con bañera. La lavandería también es gratuita y, conectándose a WeChat, puede consultar cuándo estará lista su ropa. Además, es muy práctico para pasar por Haikou; el hotel es la última parada del autobús lanzadera desde el aeropuerto, con salidas matutinas a las 6:30.

Very less Breakfast items. Not much options in Breakfast. No good amenities in room. not even slippers for the shower area.

UUsuario anónimoWe visited the homestay and it felt really homely. However, there are some shortcomings which i personally don’t feel very pleasant about. We reached there earlier than the supposedly check-in time as the flight was a redeye flight, we were told to wait. During waiting, we were told to fill up the visitor form but some of our phones can’t do the submission due to unreceived OTP. Also, this is a residential apartment so Taobao items are not kept at front desk. It’s delivered to nearby pickup point which can be across the street or at the edge of the area. Before entering the residential building, security guard will request for your details, once again. And every time you enter you have to get access from security. This is something that is very tedious, especially when the security swapped shift. The house, although homely, was very humid and stale. There was supposedly an aircon in the living room but was removed. Visiting in summer was a torment. Unit is electrical saving in the sense that you have to activate the button behind the main door everytime you open and close the door. If you dont, it will deactivate the electrical supply. With that said, you have to return to a extremely hot and humid unit every single day. Kitchen was dirty, unkept. Toilets have foul smell of drainage, sewer flies were observed as well. Common toilet right beside the main door appeared to be translucent, which got the user getting paranoid over the silhouette when showering, especially in the night. Housekeeping wasnt done for our 3 nights stay. We came back to untidy room and was told that cleaner had knocked off despite uncompleted jobs. When asked for essentials like toilet rolls and mineral water, it was the cleaner aunty who delivered, while taking her time and nagging at our request for delivery. We paid for extension because our return flight was late, but cleaner aunty came in even before our agreed time. Just so that she can knock off on time after cleaning the unit.
