I had a lovely stay even though it was one night, wish I had actually booked a few nights but had just booked it because it was near the airport and would be convenient. The porter was helpful and front desk checked me in in good time and let me know all the necessary things and places I can go to enjoy the stay. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room and it was very comfortable. The view was great and a surprise is at that it actually shares common facilities with ritz Carlton which is next door. You can enjoy the gardens, golfing area, pool and spa. Breakfast was good and the staff efficient in cleaning up. Across the hotel is the teddy bear museum and outlet stores. Thank you for the wonderful stay, I will definitely come again ✨

Great hotel, rooms are excellent. But food and restaurant service is very limited. The staff at the egg station during morning breakfast was totally unprofessional and sleepy. I sm not sure whtger they are being trained well. This was the case for both days.

i was here for kanyewest listening party that be my most meaningful experience ever but i was disappointed at the pr of haikou which using false propaganda ，bad marketing and consumption inducement

Bad service. Although agreed to pay at reception, hotel refused to get money, and they charged 3 times for same 2 day stay. Still I can not get 2 transactions back. Never stay with this hotel. Never recommend anyone

A wonderful hotel. Helpful and friendly staff, ready to communicate in English or find someone to. Stunning pool area . Clean and comfortable rooms. Best hotel breakfast I have had in China. We were upgraded to a golf view room which was great. There is a huge outlet mall surrounding the hotel with some good places to eat. Not many attractions around, except a really pricey movie town but the volcanic geopark and Haikou city are not too far away.
