It was a pleasure staying at the hotel. Definitely recommend.

The hotel in general is fantastic but my bedroom had little insects and I got bitten or stung by something at midnight. The food was amazing specially the breakfast, quite international and tasty. The hotel had a variety of amenities but many of them are extra paid which is something you're not expecting when you book a 5 start hotel. In any case great for a weekend getaway.

It’s a great hotel at a very good price. You would pay about three times in Europe for this convenience. The buffet restaurant has very good selection of sushi and fish and meats, and the beer is included. The Chinese restaurant is also pretty good at a reasonable price. If you need a few things for shopping, just go across the street near the Holiday Inn.

A really lovely hotel in the heart of Haikou. Really nice spring baths and pool. The rooms were also glorious with great views of the fireworks on the beach.

The hotel is fine. A little out dated. The staff does not speak English. It is impossible to communicate with them.

My worst stay in the Sheraton chain ever. Arrived at 2:30/3pm and had to wait forever for the room to be ready. Then we find out that the pool & the gym are closed. The breakfast was bad with no fresh juice and a poor selection of products. We wanted to have the buffet dinner but it's only available on friday and saturday. One of the morning, wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water. The hotel looks old, not well maintained... not mentioned some stupid policy or rules like opening only one door for breakfast so you have to walk all the way around, the fact then when you have question they don't have proper answers so on and so on. If at least they mentioned all that online when booking we for sure wouldn't have been there. Visited many Sheraton in China and this one is the worst, shouldn't even be called a Sheraton. I have to go back in Haikou in november and one sure thing is that i won't stay there

Private beach wasn’t accessible but the room was very clean and nicely appointed, just a normal Sheraton experience.

Alright hotel. A little old. Rooms have a slight smell. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beach access is closed. Unless you want to spend a lot of time in the hot springs, probably not worth it
