酒店位於公路邊，非常好找，車可以直接停房間對面，服務熱情，週末酒吧有現場演唱，環境不錯，餐廳菜有點貴，晚上睡覺安靜，沒有廚房，距離酒莊比較近，應該我是第一個點評留言的！

I had arranged an early check in,.of which I also arrived a further 15mins plus ahead of, only to have to beg for the key a third time so I could go get ready for a wedding we were attending. My son still had to wait a further 10mins for them to finalise it so it took a total 37mins to check in. They said they weren't going to charge the extra fee because of the muck around but then they still did. Upon my key return the next day I questioned it & got it refunded but still coped attitude from the guy. The room itself was quite nice, but again they need improvements to the 2nd room, it had a funny smell to it & at minimum needed a fan added to the room, preferably it needs its own aircon unit as it was very warm in there which only added to the smell. I don't treat myself to accommodation very often so for the price you pay these days the overall experience could have been way better.

Located in southern outer suburbs of Adelaide. Close to McLaren Vale/flat and Adelaide Hills where we wanted to visit. Quiet location.
Next door neighbor we're busy, as we could hear them.

Ray at reception was so helpful, kind and friendly. Close to shopping, beach and the hospital. Atmosphere was lovely however the bar staff in the evening were rude, which was disappointing everything else was outstanding.

Outside our room was unkempt. There was a gap that let light in through the main door. The toilet paper holder is hanging off the wall.

Customer service from the outset was great. Intially put into a room that had been smoked in. We were then upgraded to a spa room quickly with many apologies. The new room was nice but not so clean ( finding some hair from the previous stay around the sink and bathroom) place just looks a bit tired with stains etc around the place.

Lovely spacious room , in a rural setting.
Shame the bar facilities shut at 10pm and the meals stop at 8pm .
As there is nothing close by this will detract us from staying again .
