もともとスーペリアへのアップグレードがついていましたが、さらにSPG AMEXゴールドカードの特典でクラブフロアへアップグレードしていただきました。お部屋は最高階の55階。眺望最高で、カーテン全開で過ごしました。食事も美味しく、朝食も量がしっかりあり大変満足いくものでした。

YouTuber小野田さんのホテル動画のお部屋から見える景色が素晴らしかったので今回利用させていただきました。お部屋のテレビリモコンの反応が悪くフロントに電話したのですが全く繋がらず、その後フロントからの折り返しの連絡も無し（高級ホテルのサービスとしてはあり得ない）時間を置いてかけ直したら直ぐに繋がりましたが、この様な事は初めてでしたので正直ガッカリしました。
不具合の原因はリモコンの電池切れだった様ですが、掃除の際に確認が必要ではないでしょうか？チェックインの際あべのハルカス展望台入場チケット引換券を頂きましたが、悪天候で部屋からも景色が見え辛かったため、雲が少なくなったタイミングでチケットカウンターに向かいました。しかしコロナによる時短営業で19:30に営業を終了したとの事！僅か３分遅れで展望台に入場出来ませんでした。ホテルから頂いたチケット引換券には最終受付21:30と書かれたまま営業時間の訂正がされていなかったので、私達以外にもチケット引換券を持っている方が何人も引き返していました。
翌朝も荒天で綺麗な景色は期待出来そうに無かったので展望台は諦めました。楽しみにしていた夜景を見れずとても残念でしたが、お部屋からの夜景も少しの間は見られたのでそれで我慢する事にしました。
朝食は和食を選びましたが内容も良く、スタッフの方々の接客も感じが良くて気持ち良くお食事出来ました。

Is very small for a corner room. I don’t even have enough space for 3 luggages to be open at once. The toilet bowl inner is very dirty. I can see the blackness every time flush. Is so disgusting. Overall is not consider good for a 5 star hotel.

Only view is really nice.
All of other things are so so.
If I have to visit Osaka again, I will deeply consider it to stay this hotel or not.

I booked a club deluxe twin room with breakfast included and access to club lounge. However, when I checked in, I was told I could only have breakfast at the club lounge which had less food varieties than the Live Kitchen COOKA. The reason I was told was that my booking was made through travel agent instead of the Marriott official website. This is the first time I experience such issue. Hope your company can clarify with the hotel on this.
After staying two nights I further raised my concerns with the front desk, I was given voucher to have breakfast at the COOKA. Actually the food is not much better than the lounge.
Apart from this. the hotel is good especially the club lounge which I think it worths for money.
