The staff deliver exceptional service, from the door man all the way to their housekeeper and front desk staff. Nikita stood out for his attentiveness. From arrival, they offered a welcome drink and snack during check-in, then walked us to our room. They offer breakfast and even extended the complimentary tea offer even after our checkout, which was generous. The shower has impressive water pressure. Strong and comfortable. The breakfast spread impressed me, particularly the pho. A hot bowl of pho feels like a warm hug and theirs surpassed the one we had at a restaurant the day before. The location works well. Ben Thanh Market sits nearby, along with the metro station. The street offers plenty of halal dining options (if that’s what you’re looking for). The food and service won me over. We will definitely return.

This hotel is the greatest thing in our trip and we really enjoyed our stay here. The team also tried their best to accommodate our request as our room’s mattress is not in good condition. As a 5 star hotel, there are still some room for improvement in terms of housekeeping and maintenance but the service level pretty much make up for it. If I ever be back in the city again, I would love to return to this hotel.

I stayed here for 8 days and 7 nights, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my trip. The customer service was consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to settle in for a longer visit. One feature I really appreciated was the complimentary self-service laundry area. Having access to washing machines, dryers, and detergent was incredibly convenient, especially for travelers staying for several days. It made packing lighter and traveling much easier. The location is another major advantage. Many of Ho Chi Minh City's popular attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas are easily accessible from here. Whether you're exploring District 1 or moving around the city, it's a very convenient base. If you're planning to stay in Ho Chi Minh City for more than just a few days, M Village Tao Dan Park is definitely a hotel worth considering. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

Ubicación fantástica, personal muy amable, habitaciones limpias. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas (pero están bien). La única queja es que la iluminación del pasillo (donde están la caja fuerte y los armarios) es muy tenue. Por lo demás, muy bien. El desayuno buffet es el mejor que he probado en el Sudeste Asiático en hoteles de precio similar. El bar de la azotea tiene unas vistas estupendas, pero si no, no lo subiría, ya que la comida es mediocre y las bebidas muy caras. Hay mejores opciones al cruzar la calle. En general, una excelente relación calidad-precio. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente y nos alojaremos aquí de nuevo en nuestra próxima visita.

Room is big, over-looking the walking park and opposite the cafe apartment. Breakfast covers a wide variety and some of the menu changes daily. Walking distance to the river, opera house, Takashimaya mall, Saigon Square... Hotel staff is friendly and always smiling. Please note there a short flight of stairs to the lobby from the pavement but the hotel staff is ready to help.

My brother and his wife stayed at La Vela Saigon Hotel for their honeymoon, and they had an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooftop pool and city views were breathtaking, especially at night. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere made their honeymoon feel extra special and memorable. Thank you to the entire team at La Vela Saigon Hotel for making their trip to Ho Chi Minh City so wonderful. Highly recommended for couples and honeymooners!

I stayed at Au Lac Legend Hotel and found the location very convenient, with most attractions within walking distance. The rooftop pool, lounge deck, and midday tea were nice highlights, and the front desk was helpful with organizing tours. The price meets expectations for what you get. However, the service was disappointing. It often took multiple requests for drinks, table cleanup at breakfast, and even room cleaning, and the staff seemed overworked. I also booked two rooms with windows, but neither room actually had one.

Pretty decent location, was able to walk to most places, even some popular bars and clubs like the Gangs or Bam. Food wise plenty of choices too. There's a couple of cafes just 1-3 mins walk away, Plattys UK/Aussie bistro vibe just opposite. Great to stay in. Cars and bikes are easily accessible to the hotel street too.

Nos alojamos en el piso 37 y la vista era increíble: se veía el río, la línea de metro y la calle principal. Hay un supermercado abierto las 24 horas justo abajo con muchísima comida y bebida para elegir. El registro fue sencillo y muy práctico, y Ngoc respondió rápidamente cuando necesitábamos algo. El aparcamiento también era bastante asequible. Toda nuestra familia lo pasó genial y fue una experiencia realmente memorable.
