Reservé este hotel para 6 mujeres mayores para experimentar Pidgeon Forge. La ubicación no podía ser mejor. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y los baños son grandes. Todos los seis de las damas amaban el hotel. Ahora con seis mujeres mayores tuvimos algunas damas muy picantes y les encantaba. Grandes lugares para sentarse y hablar en el lobby, dos pozos de fuego para sentarse y hablar si está frío fuera del lado. Muchas piscinas y para usar. El mantiene el bufete limpio y relleno. La familia de la casa de la ciudad se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los niños y los niños. La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable.

The facilities were beautiful and amazing. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. The food was delicious and the ambience on the top floor was very nice with fire pits to sit and relax by. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star rating was because of housekeeping. They came in the first day and restocked our bath linens. After that, for the next four days, we never saw them. Ran out of bath linens, coffee and toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to ask for these necessities. One person on our floor put a huge pile of dirty linens outside their door. Another put their overflowing trash cans outside their door. Our cans were overflowing as well. I would definitely stay here again but I would make sure to request housekeeping daily. Not to clean or change sheets. I never expected that. But to leave clean bath linens and check trash cans and toilet paper.

I booked room with pay at the hotel with breakfast ! First they took all money at the morning from card i didn’t wanna to use , then when we are arrived to hotel they get other credit card and use that for deposit , but anyway from my other card they took 10 dollars ! What management do their job like this ????? And about breakfast! Horrible ! You get the coupons for breakfast and you can’t take coffee and water ! one drink for the breakfast:coffee or water or juice ! All the days they confused our orders ! Service at the hotel one star!!!! Never seen that at Marriott hotels ! They even didn’t give water for the status like it usually do ! Because we booked through trip .com . But it is ok ! Other things are just disappointing! It was my birthday trip!

I was charged twice for the stay. I was charged upon checking in, even though the booking was prepaid. Front desk staff was not appropriately trained with normal procedures and resulted in the duplicate charged. I had to make several phone calls to different people to resolve this. This resulted in precious vacation time loss and unnecessary stress.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family. The hotel has a lot of facilities to keep kids happy and engaged. Indoor waterpark was good with quite a few slides. Thanksgiving decoration was beautiful. They also did a lot of activities right from 8:30 am until 9:45 pm to entertain the families and kids, and that was really nice of them. Rooms were OK, it didn't have a microwave. They have a breakfast place, ice cream shop, flavored pop corn and sweets/candy shop, and a pizzeria. The breakfast place had ”A la carte” option, no buffet. Overall, it's a very nice place for families with kids. The kids will never feel bored even if they have to spend a whole day in the hotel. And location is perfect.

My wife and kids enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites Pigeon Forge. The Facilities were very clean and modern. I noticed the pillows and bed felt comfortable and we all slept well. It is in a great location if you have kids being around a lot of things to do. The hotel itself also seemed very kid friendly. We would stay again!

Good for family. Room size was good. Although hotel is at roadside, rooms are away from road, hence quiet. Hotel is also by the river and room balconies face river which is nice. One swimming pool is with slide and waterfal. Second pool at other end of the hotel is also nice. Breakfast is basic. It worked well for our family. In front of hotel, there is a stop for free public nostalgic bus (Blue line trolley) that takes you down to Gatlinburg center in a few minutes(Aquarium is last stop), comes at every 15 min. Otherwise it’s 15 min.walk to the city center.

The staff has been super friendly and I really enjoyed my stay until I entered the breakfast area. The fellow working there clearly either does not like his job or has a disorder of some kind. The first morning, I went in and I said, good morning, and he just grunted. A couple mornings later, when I walked in, I noticed him looking at me and I glanced at him and he was not just looking, but staring very intensely at me without looking away. It was very awkward. I immediately reported to the staff at the desk and when I got to the desk, they were very cheerful and helpful, until I mentioned the incident and they changed instantly and they defended him immensely. Everything about this day was great, except that creepy incident.

Overall, the hotel appears to be well managed, and it was nice to see the staff working together and supporting one another. I especially appreciated not having to wait several hours for check-in, which made the arrival much smoother. During my stay, some areas of the floor were under renovation. While this is understandable, there was a noticeable smell and visible signs of ongoing work, which slightly affected the overall impression. The room itself felt quite cool, and there were a few small details that could be improved. The coffee machine wasn’t working, a hair dryer was not available in the room, and there was a noticeable draft coming from the window. I also noticed a black hair on the bed upon arrival. On a positive note, an iron was provided. One thing I did appreciate was that coffee and tea were available in the lobby most of the time. For a 4-star hotel, 🫣🫣🫣 Overall, this hotel could be a good option if alternatives are limited, and with some attention to details, it has the potential to offer a more comfortable stay.

This is older facility that could use some updates; however location by stream and within walking distance to everything downtown Gatlinburg is excellent. Room was average but needs attention given to room windows, balcony was dirty (windows, chair, floor). Windows in elevator dirty also. Just needs attention to detail.
