Great stay in this charming hotel with very kind staff. It was super clean. The kitchen is very well équiped and the food shop in the shopping mall is great. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are great as well.

We love staying here when visiting Fantasy Springs Casino. It's less crowded and quiet. The only thing is that it's a hit and miss with their service. The last time i stayed, everyone was so nice. This time, not so much. The breakfast area wasn't refreshed as it should, cold stuff. It used to be so much better! The lady started taking everything out one 930 hit. On the dot. It seriously isn't that serious. Someone grabbing a sausage link at 9:34 should be okay. The front dest ladies seemed in a bad mood. Im a reward member, and checking out late time is really never given to me. They always have an excuse as, why not. The hotel is really clean though and the rooms are very spacious. The only horrible thing is that the AC unit makes such a loud noise, keeps me up most of the night until i knock out! Book it...

I appreciate that the hotel is brand new and it was very clean. However, I will never stay there again. It was the loudest hotel I’ve stayed in and that is saying a lot. I didn’t sleep at all because if people walking around above us. You could hear people walking in hallways, you could hear toilets flushing, etc. Absolutely no insulation in the walls at all. Also, the breakfast ends at 9:30. Checkout is at noon and especially for a weekend, the breakfast should be served until later in the morning. Part of the draw of staying there was the included breakfast but my whole family couldn’t get up before 9:30 and ready to eat, so we missed it. Both the check in employee and the check out employee were not friendly and very cold/dry. Bottom line, clean hotel, but never again.

Great ambience, first time staying in the hotel. The staff was excellent and hospitable we were greeted by every staff member that we came across. They were all passionate and knowledgeable of the history of the hotel. We were able to check in sooner as our room was available. Even though we had a pool side view, there was very minimal noise. The only down side was that someone randomly knocked on our door at night and apparently there was a leak on the lower floor and staff needed to enter the room the following day but they did apologize for the inconvenience. Can't blame them though as I'm sure the person experiencing the leak was WAY more inconvenienced than us. Aside from that everything was great, the food, drinks, staff, and even the guests would share/recommend things to do or see. Would definitely come back again!

La ubicación es fantástica. Hay muchos restaurantes, bares, tiendas en la distancia de caminar y caminar es fácil ya que la ciudad de Palm Springs es básicamente un apartamento! Estacioné en el hotel y caminé por todas partes quería ir. El hotel no tiene un restaurante ni un bar, pero lo sabía cuando reservaba, así que no hay problema. The most spacious staybridge we stayed at. Its Norco so the location could be better but overall experience was great

Es caliente, pero es bueno poder utilizar la piscina al aire libre desde la mañana. El desayuno es gratuito para comer en el primer piso. El estacionamiento también es espacioso y agradable.

The room is very clean but the downside is they don’t have kettle in the room ,only coffee machine.. Very near to desert hill outlet..only about 10mins drive

¡Las habitaciones del hotel aquí son increíbles! Mi estancia aquí fue muy relajante y cómoda. Tendrás que coger un coche para llegar a la mayor parte de la vida nocturna. Desafortunadamente, no tuve una buena experiencia con el personal, estaban impacientes y cuando nos registramos, la señora de la recepción fue francamente grosera. Lo cual es un verdadero fastidio porque la configuración del hotel hace que sea realmente difícil encontrar su habitación sin la ayuda de un miembro del personal. Sé que trabajar con personas todo el día puede ser difícil y estaría feliz de darles otra oportunidad porque todo lo demás fue muy bueno.

Las instalaciones son un poco viejas, pero también son muy características. El corredor del hotel está lleno de fotos de las estrellas antes de los años 70. La ubicación del hotel es buena, el precio es práctico, el patio trasero es un campo de golf, más adecuado para viajar a la familia
