Hoteles con gimnasio en Condado de Orange

Ubicación perfecta, mucho que hacer en el hotel. Desayuno, cena y 3 bebidas gratis, ¡inmejorables! A poca distancia de Disney Springs y con transporte a los parques. Habitación limpia, muchas toallas, nevera, microondas y una piscina enorme con jacuzzi. Me sentí como en un resort del Caribe. Sin duda, volveré.

La habitación estaba limpia y tenía un microondas y una nevera. Quizás fue por la lluvia que la habitación tenía olor a humedad. El desayuno estuvo muy rico. Hay un servicio de traslado en autobús gratuito a Universal Studios. El primer vuelo es a las 7:40. El último vuelo de regreso es a las 7:45. El viaje dura aproximadamente menos de 10 minutos y cuesta $11 en taxi.

We were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

¡Purga muy nuevo y moderno como un estilo Marriott. Pero no me gustaba que nos querían pagar una tarifa de estacionamiento de $20-25! ¡Es una política de hotel tan mala y ridículo! Otros hoteles no pagan por estacionamiento!!!! Y su desayuno fue horrible! Sólo 3-4 tipos! ¡Y no había nada que reemplazar a nadie!!

El hotel acaba de ser renovado y las instalaciones son muy nuevas y algunas aún están en el período de rodaje. Las habitaciones son hermosas pero todavía tienen algo de olor a decoración. El personal del vestíbulo es muy acogedor y hay un servicio de traslado en autobús gratuito a varios parques de Disney. Debe pasar la tarjeta de su habitación para ingresar al ascensor, que es muy seguro.

Me quedé aquí para entrar a la puerta temprana y fácil de usar. Además, la respuesta del personal 々 y la amplia gama de habitaciones son excelentes. ¡Los pasteles calientes que se ofrecen durante la estancia también son deliciosos! Un paseo de unos 20 minutos puede llegar a Disneylandia. Cada uno se siente lejos o cerca, pero para algunos es una opción ideal para correr o caminar por la mañana.

Driving up to the hotel it looked promising, lift up to our floor felt bit old but worked well with the style, rooms were ok but looked like it could do with some freshening up. First thing we noticed was a stain on one of the pillowcases, this made us wonder whether the beds were properly changed or cleaned, we did see a single strand of hair in the bathtub but gave it the benefit of the doubt that could be the cleaner if they did clean it. Sadly on the website it states luxury toiletries- well these were disappointing and did not feel it. We were provided with one set for two people. That is one shampoo, one conditioner, one body lotion, no shower gel, (you get a shower in the room) one face soap, one hand soap. The hot water kettle dispenser was not cleaned as when we went to do an initial clean there was a lot of black stuff coming out, we had no coffee in the room either. We had to go ask reception to give us a new one and that’s when we found out we should have had coffee provided with the kettles. So far very disappointing, We found out during our stay that the hotel doesn’t clean your room on a daily basis and we weren’t aware of this so our bins were over filling, we had to ask for toilet roll, and new towels. When we received the towels in the bedroom whilst we were out they were left on top of the toilet. Not exactly the best or cleanest place to put if especially if we haven’t had the room cleaned for a good few days. If you want your room cleaned I expect you will need to let reception know. I’ve stayed at Marriotts before and I’ve never experienced it where they don’t clean your room and I don’t mind if they don’t do it on a daily basis but they should inform you at reception when you check in. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and we were very disappointed as international tourists not to have received any information from the hotel that it was coming and what to do/ how to stay safe/ whether there was going to be reduced restaurant opening times/ services. This was our first hurricane. We instead received much more information and advice from our Uber drivers such as to stock up on food and water. Our other information was from alerts we received on our phones and also by watching the news otherwise we would have been none the wiser. We are aware that other hotels received a note under their door as a minimum. We were looking to hire a car but this hotel charges 27 dollars to park a day. So we decided to use Uber and actually turned out cheaper for us so bear this in mind. The pros: It’s very central and icon park is about 5 mins away, lots of bars and restaurants along the the drive in either direction. Close to the parks if that’s what you’re here for. Reception staff are very nice and really get straight on to the case when you need something. Two people who stood out for us was firstly Joe, who was standing outside one day as myself and my friend were deciding to visit a mall was so helpful. He even gave us some leaflets to hand it at our destination to get discounts and a free bag. He was really friendly and chatty and a great sense of humour. The second person was Ryan, from housekeeping was also very helpful when my friend was after some items for our room. Very cheerful. I’d only recommend this hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep for a few days. I wouldn’t come back here again not for a holiday as I feel the basic expectations of a hotel service was lacking. Can’t fault any of the staff we dealt with.

En el hotel, el hotel de la ciudad de Gales se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los niños. La señora americana africana en la mesa delantera con los ponytails y los gafas (nunca tiene su nombre) no quería el dinero y no me dejaría hablar con el gerente. La habitación tenía pinturas de aceite en las paredes y el teléfono en mi habitación no funcionó. El desayuno estaba bien. Sausage era la única carne. No hay bacon ni nada. Y el estacionamiento fue $110 por 4 noches. Entonces quería comprobar un día temprano y se me dijo por el turno de la noche que mientras yo dejara a las 11 de la mañana siguiente, no me pagaría. Cuando intenté comprobar a las 8:30, una vez más, la misma mujer americana africana estaba trabajando y actuando como si tuviera que obtener permiso del gerente. Ella se fue a llamarle, así que no pude oír lo que dijo y luego volvió a decir que sólo podía dejar una noche temprana en mi reserva. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. También, cuando los llamaste, antes, durante y después de mi viaje, se tomó alrededor de 6 horas llamar de vuelta antes de que alguien se acoplara el teléfono. Incluso cuando estaba allí y mi teléfono de habitación no funcionó, siguí llamando y tuve que caminar por abajo la primera noche para decirles acerca de las pinturas de aceite en mi pared y el teléfono no funciona, porque no quería ser cargado por ella. Ella dijo que sabía que el papeleo se iba a reemplazar. He estado allí tres veces y después de esta hora, no volveré. Esta mujer era la única con una actitud fea.

Good location. It's in between Disney and Universal so it's good for travellers who are going to both aforementioned attractions. It even has shuttle bus service!

Nuestra habitación no parecía limpia y estaba bastante oscura incluso con todas las luces encendidas. Tuvimos problemas con el televisor; no se encendía, así que llamamos a recepción y nos dijeron que enviarían a alguien a arreglarlo en 10 minutos. No vino nadie hasta la mañana siguiente, jaja. Lo único bueno de este hotel es el desayuno gratuito que incluía, está cerca de Disney y tiene servicio de transporte.
