Overall it is good and I am satisfied with the service at this price. Although it is a little bit far from downtown area, the transportation is acceptable. Gym and breakfast are good!

Very clean, convenient and friendly staff. Fair pricing. Good location lots around to do. Smoking area available with also gym and laundry room. Shower pressure was great with a tub as well. Would recommend for a stress free Boston stay.

The room was of comfortable size and I particularly appreciated that the room was made up daily. Friendly staff and good service in general.  The Grab and Go Bistro offered a good selection of breakfast choices, while the quality of dishes served at the Bisuteki (Japanese restaurant) by the lobby has much room for improvement, given the high prices! I also liked that the hotel is sandwiched between Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods Market, with a Blue Bikes dock just a couple mins walk from the lobby, very convenient.

Although the location is a bit out of the way when visiting Boston, I would still consider staying there again. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, with a light-weighted and thin comforter that kept me warm throughout the night, making for a very quiet and restful sleep. The property was very clean, and the shower water ran hot immediately without any waiting. The afternoon and night shift employee on Sunday was extremely helpful. She patiently answered my questions and assisted me with printing my boarding pass—truly 5-star service. In contrast, the Monday morning and afternoon front desk employee had a noticeably different attitude. When I stopped at the front desk, she did not make eye contact and made me feel unwelcome. Later that day, I got lost near Alewife Station while trying to walk back to the hotel, so I called the front desk for assistance. She repeatedly told me to take the bridge, which appeared to be a highway bridge intended for cars rather than pedestrians. She insisted on this direction and then hung up. In reality, I should have turned left toward the park well before reaching the bridge. I would rate the Sunday night staff member 5+ stars and the Monday morning employee 2 stars. Overall, averaging the experience, I would give the service a 4-star rating.

Nuestra estancia en Marriott se ha llevado a cabo muy bien, aparte del cheque donde el personal se equivocaba en nuestra reserva, pero han podido corregir el problema directamente y incluso nos han ofrecido un regalo. Las habitaciones son bastante limpias y las camas muy agradables. El hotel es un poco viejo, pero la recepción y el restaurante se han reconstruido en nueve, lo que hace que el hotel sea moderno a pesar de todo.

Está a unos diez minutos a pie del metro, lo que lo hace bastante práctico para llegar al centro. Las instalaciones son bastante antiguas. Algunos componentes de las habitaciones están desportillados (como los herrajes metálicos de la puerta en la foto). Los alrededores son normales; no hay tiendas ni restaurantes. El personal de recepción fue muy amable.

El hotel está situado junto al canal, el entorno es más tranquilo y bonito, no hay demasiado ruido en el alrededor, la esquina es la ciudad de Woburn y la vida cotidiana es más cómoda. Las habitaciones son grandes y las instalaciones están completas, el hotel también tiene piscina y fitness para los necesitados. Además, el alojamiento del hotel también incluye desayuno y muchas opciones de peso.
