Came for an overnight stay with my son to see a concert at GLC. Spoke with a Charveletta(spelling might be all wrong)! She was AMAZING!! We wanted an early check in since we were driving from 3 hours away and we wanted to relax before the concert. She was so accommodating and a pleasure to talk to! Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, we are already looking for upcoming concerts to see so we can stay here again!

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great and tasty. The pool, gym and basketball court were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is a bit hidden though so it's not so easy to find.

Completely wonderful hotel. It almost feels like a 4 star hotel with the exquisite furnishings they used from the lobby, hall way, and the room. The location is fantastic as you have almost everything you need in walking distance such as restaurant, supermarket, departmental store, theatre.

This hotel was a surprising all-around winner. I had interactions with three staff, and all of them were cheerful, friendly, polite, and helpful. The room was clean and well-supplied, the breakfast was ample, and the property is located near several good eating options. On the first floor, there is a family-friendly play area with two foosball tables and several tables scattered around for groups to hang out and play games. Helpfully, TRU provides a selection of board games and puzzles for groups to enjoy. Additionally, there is a fire-pit on site if people want to enjoy some time around a campfire outside. All in all, this hotel is a winner!

Service was very good and informative. Location was excellent. The room was somewhat disappointing. It was manageable but it was separated by a corner, and the view was of a crumbling wall. The prime amenity we were looking forward to was the bar, which closed an hour prior to when we were told it would.

La habitación era espaciosa y perfecta para nuestra pequeña familia. ¡La ubicación es grande! El personal era amigable y respondente. La piscina y el tubo caliente necesitaban una mejor manutención, pero podíamos usarla. La habitación fue renovada recientemente con un nuevo baño, con contadores, etc. Había una nueva unidad de calor/aer que también tenía un ambiente “seco” que funcionaba muy bien para mantener la habitación cómoda. ¡Nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía!

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and hallways. Carpet in room is stained in several areas - large. There is no way I would be barefoot in this room. Water supply was extremely low and neither the sink nor the shower drained properly - left us feeling quite gross. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless they step up their game.

El hotel era bueno para ir a un concierto. piscina y calefacción tenía horas decentes. Sólo queja no tenía café ni toallas retenidas en la habitación. Las paredes también fueron un poco finas; podían oír conversaciones en el pasillo claramente y no sentía que había mucho privacidad que tener en el baño
