Nice stay.. ☺️

We had a 3 day stay for golf outing and attended the CJ Cup Byron Nelson tournament.  Our stay at the Denizen made our stay more enjoyable due to the location of local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.  We had a round of golf at Watters Creek which is close to the Denizen as well.  We will definitely return and stay at the Denizen due  to friendly staff and cleanliness of the facility.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Always stay here when i am on trip jn Dallas. There are lots of restaurants around hotel you could just walk and enjoy a drink. Nice location, good hotel, big room. Definitely recommend.

Este hotel es muy sobrevalorado en línea. Elegimos bc que fue el mismo precio que otros hoteles, pero con una calificación 4.5. En realidad, está más cerca de una 3.5, por lo que tenga en cuenta al reservar. La habitación estaba limpia, pero el baño huele como un producto de limpieza falso, como el ascensor. Situado en el centro de Frisco, pero en el sur de Frisco es donde todo es importante. El personal era cortesía. La ducha perdió agua caliente por un poco. El desayuno era bueno.

All the bath essentials were empty when getting in there. The beds were a bit hard. Pillows were Mediocre and end up being hard after an hour of laying on them. Shower/tub had a little Mold around the edges. No free coffee available downstairs like they use to have. Service was very friendly. Pool looked a bit dirty. The price is not worth the stay. I’ve stayed in way nicer places for A lot less. Mediocre hotel for me. I should have just picked the one down the road that was nicer stay at quality inn for half the price. I thought hiltons were supposed to be to be way better than this for this price.

The hotel is located in a quite place, easy parking. The breakfast is good for american standards. Room has a nice space, good screen and bathroom size. The room needs lots of improovement on lightining, each is pretty poor (and I enjoy low light places, but this was way too much). Front desk guy didn't even say hello upon arrival, even I said so, and he just repeated again ”reservation?!” Nice pool, nice gym, just was forgoten to turn on that water fontain.

En general está bien. Eso es que siento que la estructura del edificio en general no es muy aislada, siempre hay niños corriendo arriba. 😅 Pero el servicio es bueno, llega a más de las ocho de la noche, un joven que recibe es bueno. Sí, la sala de fitness se siente un poco atraente, el equipo de la habitación es demasiado pequeño, está asustado, el culo deslizó y no se sentó estable cuando empujó, y casi me herió 😪
