This is the third time I’ve stayed which speaks volumes, for the rate you get breakfast and parking included, well equipped rooms with kitchen area if you want to cook. No room safe if you are looking for one but Naples FL is a super safe county did I mention there’s a well equipped gym & nice pool area too…. BRILLIANT 👍

A solid suite hotel near Naples. Could have stayed easily 1 night more. The sofa bed we had to prepare ourselves, like usually in the US, although we informed the hotel upfront. Breakfast we did not take, but it looked okayish.

I thought the hotel be modern, clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool and excellent food.employees were very professional and helpful. I would stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location, but unfortunately the room fell short of expectations. The air conditioning unit takes up nearly half the wall where the window is, and it was extremely noisy throughout the night. We struggled to get a good night’s sleep, which really put a damper on our weekend getaway. During the day, the construction next to the pool made it impossible to enjoy.

Our check in was held up while we waited for sometime come to the front desk - turns out he was outside taking a smoke break. At bedtime we realized that there were no linens for the pull out bed so headed to front desk to ask for them. Was told there were no blankets but when we insisted someone brought out from another room. Once we got back upstairs we discovered that it had a tennis ball size whole in it. The next day we asked for a replacement but were told none to be had. I was surprised at the sloppy work done to make the bed the next day and would have thought whoever was in housekeeping would have removed that blanket and replaced it but nope it was on the bed the next day Enjoyed breakfast and the staff that attended the breakfast bar were super friendly and attentive Heated pool was a plus for sure

My family have been staying at La Playa for the last 17 years. It is one of our favorite places to visit on the West Coast of Florida. The location and amenities can not be beat. I highly recommend this resort for a family vacation anytime of the year!

Lamentablemente nos cobraron varias veces la reservacion, aun cuando explicamos y podían ver que ya estaba paga en el citio web donde rentamos el hotel. Continuaron pidiendo tiempo y dando excusas. Unfortunately they hotel charge 2 more times, iven when they saw that the reservation on the website was already paid off. I spoke to them before i left the hotel and i spoke to the manager jose. who doesn't not how to fix the problem and continue make excuses and get offended because i got mad.

Recientemente se quedó en JWMarriot en Marco Island. (March 12-15) Reservó dos habitaciones que se suponía que eran Reyes con cama de arrastre. Tenemos nuestros nietos con nosotros y necesitamos las camas de remolque. El hotel acordó proporcionar la cama de rodillo pero muy incómodo y no lo que pagamos.

El hotel es hermoso, bien mantenido, muy bien situado (acceso a la playa) y el personal era muy amable y acomodable. El único trato fue la cama y las pijamas para un hotel de 4 estrellas, creo que las camas (no cómodas) y las pijamas (extremamente plano) serían de mejor calidad, pero distintas de ese gran hotel, especialmente para un viajero solo.

El hotel estaba limpio las camas y las galletas estaban cómodas tuvimos una gran noche dormida toda la 9 noches que estuvimos allí El personal era muy amigable y profesional nada era muy problema La zona de piscina estaba limpia y bien mantenida Nos recomendaríamos El hotel por unas pocas noches o como quedamos 9 noches gracias a todo el personal
