Hampton by Hilton Bursa otelinde ailecek 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Bu süre içerisinde otelin temizliği, rahatlığı, sessiz oluşu dinlenmemiz ve rahat etmemiz açısından muhteşemdi. Kahvaltısı da görebileceğiniz en lezzetli ve kaliteli yiyeceklerden oluşuyordu. Ayrıca Hilton temsilcisi Orhan Bey e özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz. We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense. The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious getaway!

La habitación es amplia, la ubicación es conveniente, muy cerca de la bahía, la mayoría de las atracciones pueden llegar a pie, el hotel es muy moderno, gracias servicio

The hotel room is quite spacious, clean and neat. Walking distance to the shopping mall. From room window can have mountain view, quite impressive.

El hotel era muy bueno en su ubicación, el hotel era bonito en su edificio, el spa de la piscina térmica era bonito. Las habitaciones estaban bien, la habitación era generalmente limpia, el desayuno era muy bueno. Después de eso, nuestro hotel en la Bolsa será el Ramada Bolsa Chekirge. Sólo sugiero que se pueda ofrecer un servicio de navegación desde el hotel a Uludağ, lo que será muy útil para los clientes.

Estábamos de tránsito desde la costa del Egeo hacia el aeropuerto de Estambul y paramos para pasar la noche. Elegimos un lugar cerca de un centro comercial para poder descansar y hacer algunas compras sin tener que entrar a la ciudad. El hotel no es nuevo, pero está limpio y el servicio es decente. El desayuno también es bastante variado; no es lujoso, pero hay mucho para elegir. El servicio está centrado en el cliente y responden a las peticiones. Nos dieron una habitación superior como solicitamos y nos permitieron hacer el check-out tarde gratis porque no llegamos a tiempo. El internet funcionó a la perfección, incluso en la habitación. En general, lo recomiendo encarecidamente para tránsito o un viaje de negocios, pero es poco probable que sea adecuado para unas vacaciones. La ubicación es muy particular: rodeado de una autopista, un centro comercial y una zona industrial. Otro inconveniente importante es que la piscina está abierta de 14:00 a 22:00, así que no se puede nadar por la mañana. Eso es extraño. En general, el hotel no está mal. Tranquilo, limpio y apacible.

Hola. Cuando hice una reserva en un hotel, completé la reserva con la opción Spa, pero me dijeron que la entrada en el hotel era una autorización y no sirvió, y que habían hecho la información previamente. Yo quería seguir usando la piscina abierta sin problemas, pero la piscina está en una pista increíble, donde hay muchas abejas y moscas muertas, y pedi que se tratara con más delicadeza.

Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise! The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly! The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom. I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.
